Write your feelings about the notice and suggest possible alternatives. Write about 50 words. You have 10 minutes. To: jane@elt.yahoo.com Conversational Japanese Class Dear Jane, How r u? Im in the pink of health. I just come back from my college trip and I get shocked with the emails that I received from our principal of Conversational Japanese class regarding the changes. Did you open your mail?. First, they increase the fees of our class by 15%. Wow! We need to pay extra RM100 per month. I dont think so. I would able to pay for it.Do you think this is reasonable? . Another shocking news is the class as was rescheduled from Thursdays 4 hours to Tuesdays and Fridays for 2 hours each day. I had to attend the mathematics and English lesson at that time. How about you? I think we have to meet our principal and get some clarification regarding this. See you soon until than bye Take care With love, Elan

Also write an email to the language school management, explaining your feelings about the notice and suggesting possible alternatives. Write 120-150 words. You have 20 minutes. To: jane@elt.yahoo.com Conversational Japanese Class (MPF1113) Dear Madam, We are writing regarding your announcement in your email about the fee increase and time changes for our Japanese Conversational class. We strongly disagree with these changes due to a few reasons. Firstly, the fees increase up to 15%, that meant the fees increased to RM100 per month. As you know, most of us are from a middle income family and our student loan are limited. We unable to pay that much for each month. Secondly, the class was rescheduled from Thursdays 4 hours to Tuesdays and Fridays for 2 hours each day. Most of us have to attend the Mathematics and English lesson at that time. It would be very difficult for us to change the time and the class for that two classes. We actually really love to learn the Japanese language as its an elective subject in our college. We are very keen. Hopefully, you can consider our request and will announce a good news to us. Yours Sincerely, .. (ELANSEGARAN) Head of the Class MPF1113
