Suggestion: 8 Regularizing employment in shops to reduce black money involvement in shop sectors in India.
Observation Current segment of employment in not properly define. Lots of money goes in as black money due to not proper accountability Suggestion All employee definition should be fixed in shops may be treated as small scale industry type shop

Benefit type like General Insurance (SBI by paying 200/- ) 4 lakhs Rs General Insurance cover for 1 years PF,

Salary Slip , Direct Salary transfer in Bank Pan Card Linking for each employee Transparency in Salary Transportation & conveyance Allowance Minimum Notice period definition in case of releasing Bonus - 8.33% ( 1 month Salary)

Employee category definition, category should not be more than 5, like support staff, sales man/executive, Manager & Part time A/c staff, Owner. Minimum salary definition- Minimum Grade1-8000- 12000, Grade -2 15000- 20000, Grade -3 -20000- 25000, Overtime payment definition after 8 hours of service 100/- per hours Cloth annual- min 2 dress Annual Leave Medical- 1250/- PM I Card, LTA.( 1 Month Salary)

PAN Card should be mandatory for all employee irrespective of their income All Employee should get their payment directly in their bank a/c SBI Salary a/c .May be any kind of charges have to remove from these a/c like atm charge , sms charge etc. All People should get Identity Card May be government post office can help in this subject.

Shop holder has to mention Pan/ Tin Number in all bills and should be bar coded to ensure tractability so that no manipulation is possible.

Tractability of transaction done by shop keeper This segment employee will get respective accountability & identification may contribute in nation economy. Black Money involvement reduces. Government have data bank segment wise This sector will regularize. Direct Pan Card linking will give great control. Insurance sector also get new base.
