In regard to Internet and software, serve as attorney for international hi-tech companies, which has included: Successfully proposing and finalizing the first agreement allowing a major movie star to appear in digital media. Negotiating historic agreements for the display of NY Times, Wall St. Journal, and Chicago Sun Times on international Web portals in countries from which they were previously barred. Serving as general counsel for a publicly traded Internet auction company. Establishing and implementing First Amendment (18 USC 2257) protocols and age-verification strategies for Web businesses in the U.S. and abroad. Acting as the liaison between a major Japanese software company, Justsystem Corp. and U.S. counterparts.
