YHVH's Sacred Year

A Basic Understanding Series

By D. J. Love, Minister, TSN, SBC

The Hebrew Calendar is based on The Observance of the New Moons

(Dark Moons). The Names of the months were not given by YHVH, as G-d
would never have named a month for Tammuz (a Pagan god). However, the
Hebrew Calendar was and is based on YHVH's Sacred Year.

Note: That the symbolism of Dark before Light is continued

from the weekly 24 hour day of Evening before Morning, and
is, also, carried over into the lunar months as New (dark) Moon
before Full (Light) Moon. Exactly the same symbolic theme as
our lives beginning in darkness (sin and ignorance) and ending in
light (love and understanding).

1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see in a mirror, darkly (Dimly), but then face to face
(Clearly, as in light). Now I know in part (Ignorance & Sin), but then I
will know fully (Understanding & Love), even as I was also fully
known.

Esther 3:7 (First and Twelfth month's names)

In the First Month, which is the month Nisan or Abib, in the twelfth
year of king Ahasuerus, they cast Pur, that is, the lot, before Haman
from day to day, and from month to month, to the Twelfth month,
which is the month of Adar I (Adar II is a "Leap Month").
Exodus 12:1-3
YHVH spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
2 "This month shall be to you the "Beginning of Months." It shall be
the First month of the year to you.
3 Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, 'On the tenth day of
this month, they shall take to them every man a Lamb, according to
their fathers' houses, a Lamb for a household;

6 Your Lamb shall be without blemish, a Male a year old. You shall
take it from the sheep, or from the goats:.... AND you shall keep it
until the Fourteenth Day of the same (First) month; and the whole
assembly of the congregation of Israel shall Kill It at Evening (near
Sunset).

Already we can see the symbolism of the First month (Nisan or Abib), and the
Last month (Adar I), and the symbolism with the LAMB of YHVH. . .
YHVH was already putting the "Plan of Salvation" (Logos) into action, as
we can clearly see here. This supports the fact that the First (older) Testament
or Tanakh is relevant to the understanding of the Last (newer) Testament or
Epistles.

Leviticus 23:4-7
4 These are the set feasts of YHVH, even Holy Convocations
(Assemblies), which you shall proclaim in their appointed season.
5 In the First month, on the Fourteenth day of the month at Sunset,
is YHVH's Passover (just minutes prior to the beginning of the fifteenth
day at sunset).
6 On the Fifteenth day of the same month is the "Feast Of
Unleavened Bread" to YHVH: seven days you shall eat unleavened
bread.
7 On the first day (of the seven) you shall have a Holy Convocation
(Assembly): you shall do no servile work.

Note: The number fifteen has the significance of denoting

"Deliverance," and on YHVH's Sacred Calendar is always
involved with a Bright "Full Moon."

Esther 8:9 (The name of the third month)

Then were the king's scribes called at that time, in the Third month
SIVAN, . . .

Nehemiah 6:15 (The name of the sixth month)

So the wall was finished in the twenty-fifth day of the month Elul, in
fifty-two days. (ELUL Is The Sixth Month)

Leviticus 23:24 (The Seventh or Sabbath Month of Tishri)

24 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, In the Seventh (Sabbath)
month, on the First day of the month, shall be a Solemn Rest
(Sabbath Rest) to you, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a Holy
Convocation (Assembly).

Note: Rosh Hashanah Always marks the beginning of The

Seventh (Sacred) Sabbath Month. Actually The Whole Month Is
Not A Sabbath, but is more correctly understood to be the
"Month Of Sabbaths". "Rosh HaShanah" begins on the first
day of the month (always with a dark new moon), and Rosh
HaShanah begins a ten day "Solemn" period that represents the
opening of the "Seventh Seal" of Revelation, which begins with
"Yom Teruah" (The First Six Trumpets and two "Woes"), and ends
with "Yom Kippur" (The Seventh or "Last Trumpet" and final
"Woe"). See Holy Sabbath 5.

The New Moon Months of The Sacred Calendar are as follows:

Please take note that most of the names below were due to Babylonian
influence, and were not given by YHVH or His true prophets or priests; and
are, thus, only given as reference. (See YHVH's Sacred Calendar).

TISHRI, The Month of The Sabbaths

Leviticus 23:27-32
Also on the tenth day of this Seventh month there shall be a "Day of
Atonement" (Yom Kippur): It shall be a Holy Convocation (Assembly)
unto you; and ye shall Afflict Your Souls, and offer an offering made
by fire unto the L_rd. And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it
is a Day of Atonement, to make an Atonement for you before the
L_rd your G-d. It shall be unto you (an annual) Sabbath of rest, and
ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at Evening,
from Evening unto Evening, shall ye celebrate your Sabbath.

"Yom Kippur" or "Atonement" quickly follows "Yom Teruah" or

"Trumpets." (Leviticus 23:24). Rosh HaShanah signified the "Beginning" of
the Sabbath Month in the First (older)Testament (The Tanakh), the opening
of the "Seventh Seal," and The First Resurrection of the dead in Messiah.
It signifies the future point in time when Messiah himself will sound (The
Seventh Trumpet) "The Last Trump" mentioned in Matthew 24:29-31, and 1
Corinthians 15:52.

Since the "Rosh HaShanah" or "Trumpets" (not a true feast), "Day of

Atonement","Feast of Tabernacles", and "The Last Great Day" quickly
follow one another and occur in the same 7th month, there is a significant
physical to Spiritual Truth theme taking place. This unique and prophetic
physical to "Spiritual (Time) Parallel" established during Tishri (Seventh
Month) indicates a future "Chain of Events" that will follow in succession,
and under the Leadership of YHVH, Messiah, and the Chosen Few (of the
First Resurrection).

This Seventh or Sabbath Month chain of events is one of YHVH's greatest

clue to Sabbath Keepers for unraveling the mysteries of The Book of
Revelation and "The Plan of Salvation" (Logos).

Leviticus 23:34-43
(The "Feast Of Tabernacles" or "Feast of Booths" or "Sukkot")
Speak unto the children of Israel (Chosen/Elect/True Believers/First
Fruits), saying, The fifteenth (deliverance) day of this Seventh month
shall be the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) for Seven days unto the
L_rd YHVH.
On the First Day shall be a Holy Convocation: Ye shall do no servile
work therein. On the Eighth Day (Last Great Day) shall be a Holy
Convocation unto you. (con't.)

Note: The Eighth Day Is not part Of The Feast Of

Tabernacles. It Is Known As The "Last Great Day", And
Symbolizes The One Hundred Year Period that immediately
follows the Sabbath Millennium, and which culminates in the
"Great White Throne Judgement"; which is a solemn assembly,
as The Great White Throne Judgement would be a solemn
assembly.
(con't) These are the Feasts of the YHVH, which ye shall proclaim to be
Holy Convocations (A Commanded Assembly), to offer an offering made by
fire unto YHVH, a burnt offering, a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink
offerings, everything upon His day: . . . :On the first day shall be a Sabbath,
and on the eighth day shall be a Sabbath. And ye shall take you on the first
day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of
thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before YHVH
your Elohym seven days in booths. . . con't. . .

Note: Booths comes from the Hebrew word "Cukkah" or

"Sukkah" which means a "Hut" Or "Temporary Dwelling"

con't. . . And ye shall keep it a Feast unto YHVH for seven days in the year
(annual event). It shall be A STATUTE "FOREVER" in your generations:
ye shall celebrate it in the seventh sacred month (Tishri). . . . con't. . .

Note: The Israelites/Jews kept it because they were

commanded to do so, but True Believers keep all annual and
weekly Sabbaths, because our hearts compel us to do so. It is
because we love YHVH, and share a marriage covenant with
YHVH in the name of The Messiah; AND in so doing (Love,
Honor and Obey) we will remember and teach our children to
remember the "True Plan Of Salvation" (Logos). When people
Stop Following YHVH's Holy Days, and they start observing
Christopagan or Satan's hol-i-days.. ie Xmas, Easter (Ishtar),
Haloween, etc. Then Mankind's Children will No longer
Remember, Teach Or Understand the "True Plan Of
Salvation", and they will cease to worship YHVH completely.

con't....... That YOUR Children's Children may know that I (YHVH) made
the children of Israel to dwell in sukkahs, when I brought them out of the
land of Egypt (Sin): I am YHVH your Elohym.
