ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN 1.

0 INTRODUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN Administrative plan or organizational plan can be define as a plan, normally relating to and complementing the operation plan or order, which provide information and instructions covering the logistics and administrative support of the operation. Administrative plan is very important in order to keep the best performance to develop the growth of our business plan. Organizational plan in administrative is a form of business planning to make the process of managerial easier and more systematic. The organizational plan helps in administrating to achieve the objective of the organizational. Besides that, it will utilized the objective, vision and mission to ensure it is successfully accomplished by carrying out how well the employers and employee done the jobs. In this administrative plan, it also includes training, planning, organizational, leading and controlling. Besides that, it also will motivate the employees to achieve work satisfaction and high performance of job done.

MISSION To provide affordable and reasonable decorating for the customers. To prolong business and gain profit to the highest level. To maintain the quality of service. To ensure increase in customers.

OBJECTIVE To make sure all workers will perform well on their duty We want to ensure that all workers will perform 99 percent on their duty in the business.

To improve business organizational quality Improve 95 percent of our business organizational quality each day.

To improve workers performance We want to ensure the entire workers can improve their performance up to 80 percent each day.

To encourage one house one garden We want to ensure that every house especially in Sungai Petani will have their own garden.

To ensure satisfaction from customer We want our customer to satisfy with our services and fulfilled their expectation and will always look for us for regarding gardening and landscaping.

To ensure our business vision and mission is fulfilled With full commitment and cooperation with workers and leader, we believe we will achieve the vision and mission.

To make sure that the workers understand their part We want to make sure that our workers understand their job scope so that we can provide the best service to the customers.

TASK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Below show the tasks and responsibilities that have to be constructed for every post in the GardenMyGarden. This is to describe in detail the tasks and responsibilities of the person holding the particular post.

POSITION

Operational Manager

Ensure smooth operations of several of various processes that contribute to the production of goods and services of organization. Ensures that the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard. Plays a key role in chalking out the overall operational policy Obtain the requirement for logistics and coordinates with the finance department to obtain the necessary approval for the budget.

Financial Manager

Responsible in handling of companys financial accounting To supervise companys expenditure and income

Workers

In charge of grass cutting, planting new trees, flowers and various plants. Producing various designs and layouts of garden landscapes. Laying down paving and concrete slabs to create walk ways. Build garden furniture and ornaments. Ensuring a safe working environment for everyone working in the garden. Undertaking the basic servicing and repair of all garden machinery. Constructing fences, walls and ponds.

Basically, remuneration is paid equally to all business partners as stated in partnership agreement. RM 1,725.00 includes EPF and SOCSO is paid to all partners, while each worker is paid RM 1150.00 includes EPF and SOCSO. Other than that, our business also provide other fringe benefits to all the workers such as, annual leaves, maternity leaves, special staff discount and bonuses. Annual leaves given to all workers are eleven days per year. Female employees are entitled to sixty days maternity leave for every confinement period. Allowance is not give to employees who have more than five surviving children. Apart of that, if business having a good profit, bonuses will be given to every workers based on profit.

Employees Intensive Scheme

Workers Incentive Scheme Workers are an important factor in order to ensure the effectiveness and the efficiency in fulfilling the objective and goal of a business. Therefore, it has been decided by the management to come up with a reasonable scheme for the employees so it will encourage them to carry out their work with high responsibility, thereby, increasing the companys productivity and efficiency.

Working Days Medical Leave

6 days per week. To the limit of 15 days per annum (depending on the circumstances) and provided it is an approved sick leave.

Salary

The salary will be given monthly. The salary of the workers is depending on their task and the responsibilities.

Bonus

Bonus will be given if the business is profitable. The bonus amount will be recorded in the business accounting period and the amount given is one month salary.

EPF

EPF will be pay by the contribution 13% by the employees and 13% by the employer.

SOCSO Insurance Working Hours

2% will be saved per month for each employee. Insurance is also included for the safety of the workers. The working hours are from 7.30am to 5.30pm for Monday to Friday and for Saturday, it is at 8.00 am to 1.00pm only.

Emergency leave

Emergency leave will be given to partner and workers for reasonable reason such as sick and death with an early notification.
