This will address questions and concerns that have been proposed recently following issues regarding the platform on Grand Theft Auto V. LSES has halted all operations until 10 October 2013, and will resume tasks and assignments on that date. From this, training and account configuration (operators) is delayed indefinitely until necessary problems on Grand Theft Auto V online such as bugs, servers, and content is fixed. It also means personnel will be inactive to answer applications or emails, so it is advised that no contact is attempted. All tasks and assignments have been cancelled, as well. Therefore, do not expect any communications or events until operations to resume. Command apologizes for the delay, however there is nothing we, or anyone else, may do, including Rockstar and the developers. For the personnel who have received LSES-MEMO-1012, and cannot access their accounts, they will be amended and by the beginning of operations again, they should be fixed so configuration can be attempted. Many more regulations and guidelines will be published regarding operations and logistics as operations proceed and LSES Command continue to experiment with the most favorable event conditions for patrol and training, through varying sessions. Do not bother attempting to ask for statuses on instruction, events, or any other LSES material on Grand Theft Auto V, because simply, there is nothing to be done regarding it due to the instability of GTA V. It is imperative that personnel keep high heads and extended patience, as there is very much to be done regarding development of events and procedures on GTA V. Divisions regarding services and corps such as medical services, fire services, park rangers, etc., are not to be speculated over. However, over time in the next 2-5 months, these will gradually be developed and implemented. However, priorities for the next 1-2 months lay on development and utilization of the necessary features and departments. Meanwhile, if you wish, you may come to play Grand Theft Auto V in the meantime despite issues with LSES staff and participate in group unofficial events. These will vary in all in-game activities.
