This overview will guide you through the process to access, search for, and enroll in a health plan on MNsure

Getting Started: Go to MNsure.org Select Individual or Small Group market Find a plan or create account to start enrollment process

Create an Account: Provide and confirm identity information Create user name, password, security questions, etc. to complete account set up

Find a Plan: Enter zip code and ID person(s) looking for coverage Choose medical plans, dental plans or both Select plan details and filter through options

Enroll / Confirm: Verify ID information Choose plans to compare Enroll in the plan you want Confirm and pay for first month to MNsure or the carrier
