FLIGHT PERFORMANCE GROUP Doc #: FPG-AH64 MTF-MTFC-SUM Revision: 1.1 Page 6 of 41 MTFC USERS MANUAL 1.0 Introduction The AH-64 Maintenance Test Flight Calculator (MTFC) application automates the calculations required for specific maintenance test flight procedures for the AH-64A and AH-64D. The Flight Performance Model (FPM) embedded in the MTFC application is based on performance charts in the applicable Maintenance Test Flight (MTF) Manual and TM 1-2840-248-23. NOTE FPMs support various flight modes, accept input parameters, check inputs against predefined limits, execute calculations, generate error/warning messages, and provide results through outputs. Revisions to the MTFC program and this manual are anticipated in order to conform to updates to the references used in the development of the FPM. Comments from the field are encouraged. If you encounter problems with the program, the trouble report in Appendix A may be completed and faxed to (256) 705-9895, or a trouble report may be filled out online at http://www.aeromech.redstone.army.mil/. The Help/About dialog contains a link to this website as well as a link for sending a support email. 1.1 Warnings, Cautions, and Notes

Warnings, Cautions, and Notes are in accordance with the applicable reference manual. 1.2 System Requirements
