Demographic Profile: A. Paternal Profile Mr. Manny Cruz, the head of the family is 27 years old, a Roman Catholic and attained College level of education. He is currently working as a farmer B. Maternal Profile Mrs. Sheryl Cruz, 22 years old, a Roman Catholic. She is a vendor at their store located at their house and currently taking pills as a family planning method C. Childrens Profile The family has 2 children Vinz Arman is the eldest, 2 years old, born on April 9,2009. He weighs 11.5 kg and with a height of 80.5 cm. the youngest is Vrintkian, 1 year old, born on July 19,2010. He weighs 9.3 kg with a height of 62 cm. The 2 children were all born via normal spontaneous delivery and received complete immunization for their age. Socio-Economic Profile Buy and sell and agriculture are the sources of the income of Cruz family. Their average monthly income is 7,999 and below. The main source of their information is through newspaper and they have several appliances television, radio, refrigerator, DVD, electric fan, flat iron and washing machine Home and Environment They owned their house that they are residing and it is situated near the rails. Their house is built with strong materials. There are 2 rooms and they have electricity for lightings. The sanitary condition is poor. There are lots of plastic infront of their store. The water supply is privately owned and tested. Gas stove is the cooking facility they use. They have close drainage facility. They eat as well vegetables and fruits everyday.
