As one of the biggest party in Indonesia, PDI-P asked HIMPSI to make
psychological assessment to encompass legislative candidates in favor of the
people. The assessment was conducted in all provinces in Indonesia. A total of
17602 candidates for prospective test for the DPR RI, DPRD-I and DPRD II. I
was
appointed to be the IT coordinator of the psychological data processing.
The Main Task as IT Coordinator :
1. Building Module for Capture Data from Psychotest using Computer-Based
Answering Sheets, Scanner and also Reading and Correction Application.
2. Building Module for Editing and Reporting.
3. Coordinating for IT Team.

The project value is more than USD 700,000.

The Farmer Empowerment through Agricultural Technology and
Information Project (FEATI) aims to develop a demand-driven,
marketoriented
agricultural services system, based on partnerships among
farmer groups, public agencies and private sector enterprises at all
levels.
The project offers an important opportunity to reshape the delivery of
agricultural services for a more dynamic system with both public and
private providers to increase the competitiveness of the Indonesian
agricultural sector in international markets. It will help improve the
accountability and effectiveness of agricultural services through capacity
building of farmers' organizations, improving research quality and
relevance, and improving access to knowledge and information services
for farmers, researchers and extension workers. The project will
empower farmers' organizations so that they can better drive the
agricultural services agenda and improve their capacity to adopt new
technologies in response to market demand.
As a part of executing agency in FEATI project, Center for Agricultural
Data and Information (CADI) responsible to develop such materials and
software to support above mentioned circumstances using recent
communication and information technology which have been enhancing
by Ministry of Agriculture since 2002 to ensure an effective computer
base technology and information services at the Ministry of Agriculture.
CADI has been starting enhancement of its information system through
development of IT Road Map, it must be completed with other
hardware, software, and brain ware which will be compatible of each
other such as system needed.
To ensure that the all of the component will be implemented to project
goals, the Central for Agricultural Data and Information (CADI) as a Sub-

Central Project Management Unit (CPMU) in central need to recruit
individual consultants with specialized in various field i.e. application
development and administration specialist. These assignments are
aimed to assist CADI in implementing all project components in a good
manner.
The detail tasks are to improve the capacity of the existing applications

Architecture Consultant works include:

TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE OF THE B-HERITAGE (B-WARISAN) SYSTEM
TOGETHER WITH RELATED HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, Brunei
Darussalam. Project value is more than USD 3 million.

The B-Heritage is in natural consisting many subsystems come from various
platforms with various inputs, outputs and processes. The design philosophy of
the proposed system is based on the power of an integrated system. In this
case, the interoperability among the subsystems would be the key issue. The
failure in integrating the system would be the failure of the whole system to
achieve its goal as a comprehensive museum information system.

Considering the importance of the integration, we propose the solutions with the
strong integration philosophy actualized into an integrated system architecture
design. The B-Heritage system should be a single integrated museum
information system consists core system and the satellite systems. The core
system would be the museum information system management itself. The

satellite systems would be the supporting important systems that smoothen the
run of the whole system.

The core museum information system will handle all aspects of the B-Heritage
business process. B-Heritage (B-Warisan) will manage all related information
