Sometimes you dont find what you really want on the government website.... Dont give up, give it a try in www.google.com ! Example : you want to what is Fijis stance to Global Warming ? Learning how to use UN website

Click welcome (for English) Click General Assembly, Security Council or Economic and Social Council For Documents in GA, click Documents. For past UN resolutions click Past Sessions, as an example click 64th (2009 2010), click Resolutions, then look for UN resolutions that have correlation with your topic area !
