This training manual will cover the functions and information found on the extranet home page. Each of the tabs will also have their own manuals descibing the functions and features of each tab.

A. Main Extranet Tabs designed to give you quick access to the


tools and information you need to optimize your exposure on our sites.

The Reservations tab shows you past, present and future reservations that have been made for your property. The Rates and Availability tab allows you to adjust your rates and room availability for all room types on our sites. The Invoices tab lists your current and upcoming invoices and where to send your payments. Settings is the tab to use to change contact information, your password, or the credit cards you will accept on our sites. The next tab will either be Property Characteristics or Your Web Page, depending upon your agreement with us. Either tab allows you to manage your amenities and property descriptions in different ways. The last tab, Statistics, shows you how many people have inquired about your property on our sites over a period of time.

C. Daily Agenda

In Daily Agenda you will be able to see quickly if you have any arrivals or reconcilable reservations on a daily basis.

D. Latest News The Latest News section of the home page

displays current information on current reservations in the system, any outstanding auctions you may have in progress and any invoices that need to be paid. Click on one of the three links to take you directly to those tabs to manage your invoices or reservations.

Another great feature of the extranet home page is the availability calendar. The calendar gives you a twentyeight day snapshot of your listed availability on our sites for all of your room types. 1. Modify your rates and availability easily by clicking the link 2. Close your availability quickly with the interactive calendar 3. Click on the legend link for more information about each calendar icon
