Hello Everybody!

I dont know all the forum rules so forgive me if i write something the wrong way or at the wrong place. My intention is to help people who have this kind of GPS Tracker and have proble ms to set up with GPS-Trace Monitoring Service. I will now say all the things i did and just worked for me maybe your device is different from mine so i advise you to pay attention on the syntax i will use an d compare. If syntax on your manual is the same then probably it will work. I am in Brazil and my english is not so good as i would like but can help anyway . About the device (Brand: Powerpack, Model: The difference is that the "b" model come esarm the tracker. But in the box you have "b" or not, so you need to look inside de GPS-TK-103b) Why the "b" on the name? with remote control used to arm and d no this information if your device is box for the remote.

FIRST OF ALL: I assume that you have an GPS-Trace Monitoring Service account if no create one. And BEGAN your device, if not type this: begin123456 (this command will initiate your tracker the factory settings. If yo u are trying to set up a used one bought from another person for example then ty pe this): reset123456 (this command will reset your device to factory settings, then type BEGIN again). begin123456 EACH TIME YOU SEND AN SMS TO DE DEVICE, WAIT FOR THE ANSWER, EVEN IF TAKE ONE MI NUTE, THAT HAPPENS SOMETIMES. About GPRS: This brand say it is GSM/GPRS. Well my specific model blink RED LIGH T fast, and slow. It depends if you are connected to GPRS or NO. If your TRACKER is blinking red light fast (once per second) GPRS IS OFF! Red Light blinking (o nce a second) fast mean that you have GSM/GPRS connection on your SIM CARD, but is set up incorrectly. If you insert the command: check123456 you will see the G PRS status OFF. To change this you need to concentrate all your tests on the GPR S SETTINGS. For example mine is using CLARO operator in Brazil. And the correct setting is: FIRST STEP: check123456 (to check status of your GPRS) apn123456 claro.com.br up123456 claro claro (up means USER PASSWORD) in my case the user and password i s claro) rememeber the spaces like i did. check123456 (to check status of your GPRS) END FIRST STEP. At this time if your have seted up correctly you will see the red light blinking SLOW (once each three second), that means that your GPRS IS ON. to test your GP RS try the command address, and if is everything ok your will see the street nam e and full address as a reply from tracker. address123456 (you may have a reply with full address) if afirmative that means that tracker took the address from internet.

Take a look at the red light if is blinking one time each 3 seconds. go to next step (Step Two). STEP TWO: This step you will set up the Tracker to work with GPS-Trace Orange Monitoring S ervice. use the Wialon web site to check if everything is ok at (http://id.wialo n.net/). adminip123456 193.193.165.167 20462 (SPACE after password and after IP). Noe open de this website http://id.wialon.net/ and wait 3 minutes to see if your Tracker is on the list you will identify your tracker by a UNIQUE ID (this id i n my case is the IMEI number). To know whats your IMEI number type: imei123456 (the answer will be your IMEI number) If your device it's not listed try change the protocol doing this: gprs123456,1,1 (UDP protocol) no spaces between gpras123456,0,0 (TCP protocol) no spaces between Each time you change the protocol wait 3 minutes to see if your device appears o n the list. END STEP TWO. STEP THREE: If you can see your device on the list you done everything successful and is pre pared to connect to GPS-Trace Monitoring Service. All you need to do at this tim e is change your IP doing this command: adminip123456 193.193.165.166 20462 (change only the IP and keep the PORT 20462) END STEP THREE. STEP FOUR: Access your GPS-Trace Monitoring Service account and set up a new device or chan ge the actual one settings: GO TO UNIT PROPERTIES NAME: any name you want DEVICE TYPE: Xexun TK-103-2 UNIQUE ID: your IMEI (to know your IMEI type a mesage: imei123456) PHONE NUMBER: your phone number for example +552130353535 (+ followed by the cou ntry code, area code then SIMCARD number. DEVICE ACCESS PASSWORD: It's very important that you insert here the same passwo rd as you have in your device in our case is 123456 Then save new properties. END STEP FOUR. STEP FIVE: Now you will set your device to TRACK mode. In my case factory settings put devi ce in MONITOR mode.

tracker123456 (this command will change to TRACKER mode) At this point you may start to receive messages with the locattion. To change to GPRS tracker, type: gprs123456 (this command will change the mode to GPRS, the other mode is SMS tra cking) END STEP FIVE. Now you go to GPS-Trace Orange monitoring service and wait 3 (Threee) minutes. I f everything ok you will see your device on the map. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: I really hope that my post help people like me to connect the tracker correctly. If you have some question i will try to help, but know that i have few free tim e, so may take a bit longer to response. TROUBLESHOT: If the red light begins to blink fast (once per second) AND OR GPRS changes to O FF. try to change the protocol: gprs123456,1,1 (UDP protocol) gprs123456,0,0 (TCP Protocol) Most part of time when red light blinks fast it's because the protocol used is w rong. Good Luck to all. *Sorry Brazilian brothers about write only in english but i assume that if you a re on this website, you can handle with this.
