PROCEDURE STANDARD STAGES OF PROJECT:

1. Architectural drawings : - The project is discussed with the client (along with the price offer) - A pre-calculation of the structure is made according to the first draft-plans - The final architectural project is : a) Received by Temelion from the client b) Processed by Temelion after the discussions with the client Person in charge : Laura Supervisor: Marius Posa 2. Structural design: - the architectural project is sent to Greece - a structural study is conducted based on the architectural plans - the structural engineer that signs the project approves the structural study (as being according to the romanian standards) Persons in charge : Ionut Zglimbea, mr. Vasilas 3. Foundation project: - according to the structural study and according to the information given by the Romanian structural engineer ( geotechnical study ) the office from Greece sends a draft for the foundation plan and details. - The office from Romania :

a) receives the guide lines and drafts from Greece b) translates the plan and makes all the necessary details c) makes a calculation for the quatities of materials d) sends the final plans for approval to Greece and to the structural engineer that signs the project e) delivers to the customer the final project for the building permit Persons in charge : Laura, Efi Supervisors : Ionut Zglimbea, mr. Detailing of the metallic structure - the office from Greece finalises the details regarding the metallic structure - based on the information given ( regarding the steel columns and the plates of the columns) a plan for the positioning of the anchors is produced and delievered on site. - Basic detail drawings (regarding the main structure and the secondary structure) are delievered from Greece Persons in charge : Laura, Efi , Mircea Paraschiv ( anchors plan) Supervisors: Ionut Zglimea, Mr. Vasilas 5. Meeting: - A meeting between the office from Greece and the office from Romania is settled - At the meeting the following persons must take part : mr. Vasilas, Ionut Zglimbea , Mircea Paraschiv - During the meeting all the details regarding the main structure will be discussed and settled 6. Detail drawings for the structure:

- The final 3d model and drawings will be made according to: a) The architectural project b) The foundation project c) The anchor positioning plan d) The details received from Greece and discussed during the meeting e) on site last-minute decisions certified by internal notes signed and stamped by the client - all the issues that might come up and werent discussed in the meeting will be established through e-mail or video-conferences. - the final drawings are delivered to the client signed and stamped by the structural engineer - the final drawings along with the list of elements is sent to the factory in Greece person in charge : Mircea Paraschiv Supervisors: Ionut Zglimbea, mr.
