Key supply alliances with API Suppliers increased competitive edge. Selected preferred API suppliers. Designed key performance indicators (KPIs) of receipt, pricing, quality and customer service. Existing vendor significantly reduced $36.6M contract to retain work. Minimized potential supply gap risk, realizing $12M+. Introduced and implemented Business Continuity Planning (BCP) process to reduce risk of potential supply gap for Par. Determined potential bottlenecks. Created backups.
