Recurring Payment Authorization (Credit Card/Debit Card) and E-Sign Consent


By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize Time Warner Cable to charge or debit the account associated with your credit card or debit card that you have specified, as applicable, each month in the amount of the balance due on your monthly Time Warner Cable statement. You agree that the account associated with the payment card specified by you for automatic monthly bill payments to Time Warner Cable is, and will continue to be, an account that you own, and that you will maintain a sufficient credit limit on the account associated with your credit card, or sufficient funds in the account associated with your debit card, as applicable, to pay your monthly Time Warner Cable bill. The automatic monthly charge or debit to the account associated with your credit card or debit card, as applicable, will occur on or after the statement due date shown on your Time Warner Cable statement. Your monthly Time Warner Cable statement will constitute your notice of any variance in the amount that will be charged or debited to the account associated with your credit card or debit card, as applicable, from month to month. By accepting these terms and conditions, you also authorize Time Warner Cable to update your card information, including the card number and expiration date, from time to time and to continue to charge your account in accordance with this authorization. These terms and conditions will constitute your copy of your recurring payment authorization to Time Warner Cable. Please print and retain a copy of this recurring payment authorization for your records. Your recurring payment authorization will remain in effect until you properly cancel it. You can cancel your recurring payment authorization only by one of the following means: (1) cancelling your recurring payment authorization via Time Warner Cables electronic bill presentment and payment website; or (2) contacting Time Warner Cable by telephone or notifying Time Warner Cable in writing at the address or telephone number reflected in the Contact Us section of this website. Your request to cancel your recurring payment authorization must be received by Time Warner Cable at least three (3) business days before your statement due date for the month in which your request is made. If your cancellation request is submitted after this time, the cancellation will not take effect until the following billing cycle for your Time Warner Cable statement. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and deliver it to your local Time Warner Cable office within fourteen (14) days after you call. If you cancel your recurring payment authorization, you will then be responsible for taking the appropriate action each month to pay your Time Warner Cable bill on or before the statement due date. Unregistering from Time Warner Cables electronic bill presentment and payment website will not cancel this recurring payment authorization.

E-SIGN CONSENT REGARDING RECURRING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION


1. Scope of Consent. You acknowledge and agree that by accepting the above recurring payment terms and conditions (Recurring Payment Terms), you consent to receive a copy of your payment authorization for recurring monthly payments of your Time Warner Cable statement in electronic form only instead of receiving a paper copy. This consent applies only to recurring payment authorizations as to which Time Warner Cable is required to provide you with a written copy under applicable law. 2. No Withdrawal of Consent. Time Warner Cable cannot process your online recurring payment authorization unless you are willing to receive, in electronic form only, any copy of the Recurring Payment Terms that we are required to provide to you in writing under applicable law. Consequently, once you have accepted the Recurring Payment Terms, you cannot withdraw your consent to receive your copy of the Recurring Payment Terms in electronic form. However, you will still be able to cancel your recurring payment authorization in accordance with the Recurring Payment Terms. 3. Paper Copy. If you wish to obtain a paper copy of your recurring payment authorization, you may do so by printing the Recurring Payment Terms yourself or by calling the customer service phone number on your Time Warner Cable statement to request a paper copy. We may charge you a reasonable service charge for the delivery of a paper copy of the Recurring Payment Terms so long as we disclose our then current service charge to you at the time of your request for a paper copy. 4. Minimum Technical Requirements. In order to access, view and retain the Recurring Payment Terms, you must have a personal computer and operating system software that will support operation of the following web browser requirements: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher; or Firefox 2.0 or higher. Browser must have Java script and cookies enabled In addition, your computer must have Internet connectivity. In order to retain an electronic copy of the Recurring Payment Terms, your personal computer will also need to have the capability to save and store the Recurring Payment Terms or you will need a working printer properly connected to your computer. 2008-2010 Time Warner Cable Inc. Recurring Bill Payment has been set up for your account and you will be receiving bill statements online. A confirmation message has been sent to the email address listed in your Account Profile. Go to Account Overview

Important Information for New Users Recurring Bill Payment will not take effect until your next billing cycle. A one-time payment must be made to pay your current bill statement.

You can pay your current bill by mail or phone. Or pay it online by making a One-Time Payment
