Why are personality disorders coded on Axis 2 of DSM? What are the difficulties in studying the causes and diagnosing these disorders? Lenore was referred to a clinical psychologist with the following complaints. She has been feeling sad for the last 2 weeks. She has lost appetite, and has difficulty sleeping.
