Job insecurity mainly occurs in private organization due to heavy competition in industry, absenteeism and if the employees cannot achieve their targets.

Stress is a common word that is heard in each and every organization which creates lot of dissatisfaction , frustration, restlessness etc but eustress is very important for the employees working in the organization because is a positive stress . According to Factories act 1948 it has been mandatory to provide all the safety provisions for the workers to perform their job effectively and safely. This organization follows the act and provides the facilities. Here it is observed that most of them are utilizing and satisfied because they want to protect themselves from the risks and dangers.

In the present scenario stress is a common word in every organization because the modern world is completely a business world and every individual strives for money. Stress management is mainly done to reduce the stress among the employees. Organizations have to change some of the policies if the stress is more.
