(6) CONDOMINIUM: BAHAMAS Software used: Autodesk AutoCAD I was tasked to create the floor plan, the furniture plan and elevations for the space. I created the budgets, schedules and inventory and prepared all documents and furniture for shipping and customs to the Bahamas.

(7) DOWNTOWN RESIDENCE: MANHATTAN, NEW YORK Software used: Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop I modeled a custom staircase designed by an architect that was practical and visually connected the two levels to replace an existing spiral staircase.

(8) WEST VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM: MANHATTAN, NEW YORK Software used: AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop. I worked with the architect and designer to renovate and combine two apartments to create one apartment for the clients. I was then asked to create the floor plan for the Department of Buildings filing, a construction set of plans, and photorealistic images for the designers and the clients.
