Competition:
Guidelines for requests from Stumptown, will have form to fill out; stream line process to differentiate between
the types of events: SDG sponsored events, Bag Tag Report: paid taggers! Will add 50 new tags.

Course Development:
Stubb Steward: no report, once receive money, Bryan will order baskets

Harmony Creek: postponed, date unsure; no public input

Fernhill Park: Sunday Parkways Sunday, July 19th

Mt. Hood Community College: Jordan walked the property; one of the hold ups will be to build a parking lot,
which will be required for the course. Parking will be as expensive as putting the course in.

Old Business

Chick Flick:
• Approaching 50 players
• Sweet donations!

Work Party:
• None scheduled, Possible pouring pads at Leverich this month

Rose City Open:

• RCO InnColor discs for sale $25
• Mixed Doubles 7/10 sign ups at 5pm, cost $5
• Alcoholic beverages allowed by Tournament Central
Bad Monkey Open
• Success! 98 players!!!
• Props to Kent Smothers, Kel Carver, Jason Pinkal for calculating scores.
• Very positive surveys…done online
• Over 1/3 of players have never played a tournament before

PP&R:
• Phil met with a representative
• Further meeting has not been scheduled

Next Meeting:
• Third Tuesday August 18th at Next Adventure

New Business
Clash on the Columbia
• Not a Stumptown Event, but SDG supported at Leverich Park August 22nd with Title Sponsored by Next
Adventure.
• Motion made, seconded and passed. Am-Only PDGA B Tiered event.

Leverich Park
• Will pour concrete pads thanks to support from Next Adventure

Vancouver Kiwanis’s
• Steve is meeting with local club to discuss disc golf

E-How Videos
• Videos online!

Equipment
• Brush cutter; motion made, seconded and passed to purchase $150

Junior Player Sponsorship

• Motion made, seconded and passed to donate $50 towards Stumptown-affiliated tournaments that can be
split how committee sees fit to Junior Players.
• Volunteers sought
