The course is open for a candidate who has either completed SSLC or PUC/+2. One who has finished PU Science with Biology is eligible to take Degree courses where as one who finished SSLC/10th is eligible to do Diploma course. Paramedical course provides an avenue to a prospective student who wishes to enter the Field of Medicine in supporting services with promising results. It is a best option for A student who wanted to be a Doctor but unable to do so due to high rate of competition arising because of limited seats or financial constrain or any other unavoidable circumstances. B.Sc Perfusion Technology One of the major medical technological Breakthroughs in the last 50 years is the Development of Heart-Lung Machine. This was devised to maintain the human body in Living condition, even when the heart and Lungs are not functioning. The removal of Carbon dioxide from and addition of oxygen to the blood takes place through it. This Enables surgeon to make necessary cardiac repairs. A perfusionist is a skilled, allied health professional, trained and educated specifically as a member of an open-heart surgical team, responsible for the selection setup and operation of a Heart-Lung Machine and other life support system like IABP, LVAD, RVAD & ECMO. B.Sc Operation Theater Technology Operation theatre technology is meant to train the candidate in all the procedures in operation theatre. They will be able to carry out unskilled and semi skilled jobs in both Anesthesia and Surgery side with exposure and experience they will be capable of performing skilled jobs also. B.Sc Anesthesia Technology Anesthesia technologists are well versed with the pharmacology of anesthetic & non anesthetic drugs, their preparation, dilution, labeling. They are trained in preparing Anesthesia trolley checking the machine suction, gas system operation, working of OT tables, various gases used in OT, inhalational agents usage. B.Sc Respiratory Care Technology Respiratory Therapists are trained to aid physicians in the evaluation, diagnosis and care of patients with cardiopulmonary problems. Such patients include those with emphysema, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, cardiac failure and chest trauma. Therapists perform a variety of procedures such as: Giving medication and aerosol therapy, Pulmonary function tests, Oxygen therapy, Blood gas determinations, Airway management, Mechanical ventilation, Maneuvers designed to facilitate removal of secretions from the lungs. The focus is on the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients suffering from diseases of the cardiopulmonary system. Respiratory Therapists serve as members of cardiac arrest and trauma admission teams or home care providers. They are committed to respiratory wellness and disease prevention and often are founded ministering family asthma and tobacco cessation programs. Respiratory Therapists are an esccuted part of a respiratory care B.Sc Cardiac Care Technology

Cardiac Care Technology measures how well a heart is functioning and can monitor heart rate. Cardiac care technicians assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular testing, where a tube is inserted into one of the blood vessels that carry blood into the heart. B.Sc Renal Dialysis Technology Dialysis technicians monitor and operate dialysis machinery, which removes waste and excess fluids from the blood of patients whose kidneys are no longer functioning properly. In addition to preparing patients and monitoring dialysis treatment, dialysis technicians also prepare post treatment reports. Dialysis technicians also work on protocols for equipment evaluation and training materials for patients and staff. Dialysis technicians generally work under a physician or nurse's supervision, usually in a hospital, clinic or home-dialysis program. B.Sc Radiotherapy Technology Radiotherapy is the treatment of cancer and other diseases with ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation deposits energy that injures or destroys cells in the area being treated (the target tissue) by damaging their genetic material, making it impossible for these cells to continue to grow. Although radiation damages both cancer cells and normal cells, the latter are able to repair themselves and function properly. Radiotherapy may be used to treat localized solid tumors, such as cancers of the skin, tongue, larynx,
