The library building shall conform with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1096, otherwise known as the National Building Code of the Philippines and any other pertinent laws such as those for occupational safety and health. User safety, air space, light, ventilation, sanitation and maintenance shall comply with the provisions of the said law.
