1. What is the history of the company? - Our company was established year 2005. 2. Does your Company have procurement and inventory system? If yes please specify the system. Is it computerized or manual? - None. We dont have procurement system. Only we do have is a Manual System. 3. Who are the users of inventory system (existing system)? - We used manual inventory to help logistic dept for the assurance of the quantity need to deliver, also help sales & marketing department. 4. What is the process of the existing system? - Manually counting in and Out Items. 5. What information should be included in procurement system? 6. What is the process in searching or selecting suppliers? - We select local suppliers by price, items. And warranty. But we only have one main import supplier. 7. What is the business process of the company when it comes to purchasing supplies? Please elaborate. - For local we ask for their best proposal, if its ok we make purchase orders & fax the documents to them. - For international purchasing. The price depends on the dollar rate & the distance of factory to city and we ask for a Performa invoice. 8. How many times does your company intend to purchase supplies? - For local its very rare. If its not important we choose to purchase it internationally. 9. What are the terms and conditions of payments between the purchased supplies and suppliers? - Terms always depend on supplier but we sometimes ask for good terms to keep the business. Payment is check, POC, cash or bank transfer. 10. What are the tools used by the company in generating reports? - We manually count items.

11. Does your system encountered problems? If yes, please specify the problems of the existing system? - No. I think its the best way of making inventory. We dont have any problems on it. 12. What information should be included in an inventory system? - Company description, Customer description, Size, Color, Qty, & shape. + International code. 13. Do you have any data or any form of statistics to prove the existence and seriousness of the identified problems? If yes please specify. - None 14. What are the things that need to be consider when it comes to procurement and inventory aside from terms and condition? - For manual Inventory, we need to consider the time or date we purchased the item check to the shading of the color. 15. How does your company manage the supplies? - We manage supplies on a warehouse, were we separate item per codes. And keep it clean and away from any breakage. 16. When it needs to generate reports, what are the slight problems or flows in generating reports? - We compute manually, we based on delivery receipts for outgoing items & we based on packing list for incoming items. 17. What are the special business equipment do you used in your system/ - None
