Dr. Dale Miles is an Adjunct Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology at the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health and the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio. He holds positions as Chair of the Department of Oral Health Sciences at the University of Kentucky and graduate program director of Diagnostic Sciences at Indiana University. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and the American Board of Oral Medicine. Dr. Miles has been named one of the TOP 100 CLINICIANS IN CE for the last 11 years by Dentistry Today. He has authored over 140 scientic articles and 6 textbooks, including his 2nd edition on Cone Beam Imaging.

Dr. Edlund graduated a Presidents Scholar in 1978 from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry and a minor in Physics and Math. He matriculated to SIU-Edwardsville to complete his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1982. That same year he moved to Colorado to start his practice. Dr. Edlunds passion for Dentistry is evident in that his ofce offers state of the art dental care utilizing 3D digital imaging, digital 2D radiography, Nd-YAG laser periodontal therapy, I.V. and oral sedation, Zeiss microscopy, as well as CAD CAM dentistry.

Functional Implant Restorations Using CAD CAM and Cone Beam Sunday, Nov. 17: 9am2pm PRESENTATION DESCRIPTION:
Join us Sunday morning as we demonstrate on a live patient the planning, placement, and restoration of an implant utilizing E4D CAD CAM and Planmeca ProMax integration. You will learn how to integrate these two processes together to create functional implant restorations in your practice. Following the live patient presentation, coaching will be provided on the different technologies. Lunch will be provided Sunday afternoon prior to departure.
