Build qemu 1.X on windows

Build it for softmmu-i386, with our patches http://redmine.gns3.net/attachments/download/9/TUNNEL.patch. It's tricky to build. For example, you will need pkg-config binary, find it somewhere. Do not use cygwin, it will not work with the recent flag when compiling.

Qemu because it lacks some thread supports for windows. Most of the compilation issues can be solved by using the right -D_DEFINE

And of course, test it after.

If it works, it would be good to write a wiki page stating the steps to build qemu from source. PS: you built the qemu-head right, or at least a 1.X version? This command should return you an usage error saying that localaddr= is mandatory with udp=. If udp= doesnt exist, then it's too old. qemu-system-i386 -net socket,udp=

I use the following website (http://lassauge.free.fr/qemu/) but I need to solved lot of problems brought by their compilation patches and dependencies. I test on both QEMU 1.0.1 (with our patch) and on the QEMU-devel branch (without our patch). If you want to try it, you need some hours to resolve dependencies.

Good, we could ship the 64 bit version. Especially since Lassauge's website is down... Would you happen to have 32bit and 64 bit versions of Qemu (-i386 and -sparc at least) and their dependencies somewhere ?
