Instalacin
Los rociadores de la Serie TY-FRB deben instalarse de acuerdo con las siguientes instrucciones: NOTAS No instalar ningn rociador si la ampolla est fisurada o parte del lquido ha salido de la ampolla. Con el rociador en posicin horizontal, debe ser visible una pequea burbuja de aire. El dimetro de la burbuja va aproximadamente de 1,5mm (1/16) para la temperatura nominal de 57C (135F) a 3mm (3/32) para la de 141C (286F). Se aplicar un par de 10 a 19Nm (de 7 a 14ft. lbs) para obtener la estanqueidad necesaria en la rosca de 1/2 NPT del rociador. El par mximo admisible para la instalacin de los rociadores con rosca de 1/2 NPT es de 29Nm (21ft.lbs). Se aplicar un par de 13 a 37Nm (10 a 20ft.lbs) para obtener la estanqueidad necesaria en la rosca de 3/4 NPT del rociador. El par mximo admisible para la instalacin

de los rociadores con rosca de 3/4 NPT es de 41Nm (30ft.lbs). Valores ms elevados de par pueden distorsionar la entrada del rociador y provocar una fuga de agua o perjudicar el funcionamiento del rociador. No se debe compensar el ajuste incorrecto de una placa embellecedora aumentando o reduciendo el par del rociador. Es preferible ajustar la posicin del accesorio del rociador. Los rociadores colgantes y montantes de la Serie TY-FRB deben instalarse de acuerdo con las siguientes instrucciones: 1erpaso. Los rociadores colgantes slo deben ser instalados en posicin colgante, y los montantes slo en posicin montante. 2paso. Aplicar sellante de tubera a la rosca de entrada y enroscar el rociador al accesorio con tensin manual. 3erpaso. Apretar el rociador con la llave adecuada -slo la llave de rociador WTYPE6 (ver Figura 14). En relacin a las Figuras 1, 2, 3, 4 y 5, la llave de rociador WTYPE6

se debe aplicar a la ranura correspondiente del rociador. Los rociadores colgantes de la Serie TYFRB deben instalarse de acuerdo con las siguientes instrucciones: Paso A. Despus de instalar una placa de soporte Estilo 10, 20, 30 40, segn el caso, en la rosca del rociador y de aplicar sellante de tubera a la rosca de entrada, apretar manualmente el rociador al accesorio. Paso B. Enroscar el rociador al accesorio usando exclusivamente la llave del rociador empotrado WTYPE7 (ver Figura 15). Para las Figuras 1, 2,3 y 4, la llave de rociador empotrado WTYPE7 debe usarse en las superficies de contacto. Paso C. Una vez instalado el techo o finalizado su acabado, se har deslizar por encima del rociador de Serie TY-FRB una pieza de ajuste Estilo 10, 20, 30 40 que se presionar por encima de la placa de soporte hasta que la brida llegue a tocar el techo.
