1.) GO TO ADJUSTMENTS COLOR BALANCE

2.) LEVELS

3.) CURVES

4.) DUPLICATE THE LAYER

5.) GO TO IMAGE>ADJUSTMENTS>SELECTIVE COLOR I USE THIS TO CHANGE A SELECTIVE COLOR; HERE I ADJUST THE RED PARTS TO ACHIEVE BLUISH COLORS IN SOME RED PARTS.

6.) AFTER ADJUSTING ERASE SOME AREAS THAT YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A REDDISH COLOR TO HAVE SOME PARTS THAT IS REDDISH AND THE OTHER PART IS YELLOWISH. (IT DEPENDS ON THE COLOR SURROUNDINGS).

7.) AGAIN DUPLICATE THE LAYER THEN SHARPEN IT GO TO FILTER>SHARPEN>SHARPEN AND ADJUST THE OPACITY OF THE DUPLICATE LAYER FROM 100 TO 50.
