INTRODUCTION
Our large and organised Jakarta facility is well equipped and experienced to carry out valve repairs and modifications to international standards. This important service takes the hassle out of maintenance and frees up our clients resources to concentrate on their priorities. We understand the importance of quality in the oil and gas industry and make it our mission to follow all appropriate procedures and guarantee our work.

CERTIFICATIONS
Quality, Health & safety and the Environment are important to us. Our Jakarta operation is independently certified to: ISO 9001, ISO

14001 and ISO 18001. Our welders, machinists and painters are also third party certified.

CAPABILITIES AND EQUIPMENT Materials Handling

To correctly handle heavy valves and out of concern for our employees' health and safety we have installed excellent handling equipment that includes two overhead Demag Gantry Systems, one floor mounted Jib Crane, a three ton Forklift. Rated Slings and Shackles ae used for lifting.

Valve Repairs and Modifications

We have experience in repairing and modifying all common valves including Ball, Gate, Globe, Swing Check, Dual Plate Check, Plug Valves and Gearboxes. Weld repairs to cast and forged bodies, bonnets, discs etc Replacement of seals, bushes, bearings, seat rings Re-facing of seating surfaces with Cr 13% or Stellite 6 etc. Re-grinding and lapping of seating and sealing surfaces Upgrading components with better materials such as 17-4PH stems

Welding
TIG MIG and ARC Welding equipment for: Valve Fabrication seat rings, bushes etc. Repairs to Back Seat leaks Repairs to Castings and Forgings according to API standards Refacing of metal seating areas with Stellite 6 or 13% Cr

Machining and Lapping

Essential Equipment Includes: Turret Milling Machine Horizontal Lathes Vertical Lathe Radial Drill Manual and Automatic Lapping Machines

Grit Blasting
Newly expanded 5m x 4m blasting enclosure enables grit blasting of valves and components to customer specification and profile with a choice of media including Chilled Steel Grit, Garnet, Silica Sand, Aluminium Oxide. Particle velocity is controlled by air pressure and nozzle size. Operators are equipped with US safety suit, helmet and breathing filter connected to outside air supply. Facility includes dust extraction and supression system.

Painting
Painting is done in a 4m x 3m painting booth that features highpowered extraction fan and filtering system. We have all the right equipment to prepare and paint valves and equipment to your specification. The compressed air supply is filtered with oil and water traps. We use dual pressure regulation, continuous paint agitation, humidity measurement equipment, WFT and DFT guages.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing

Three fixed rigs take care of valves up to 14 size. Larger valves are tested on the floor and inspected from our viewing platform. We have a large range of blank caps in several pressure classes for valves up to 36 nominal diameter and constantly expand the range as required for new sizes and end configurations. Hydrostatic pressure tests up to 10,000 psi and low pressure air tests up to 100 psi can be performed (this is suitable for Class 1500# under API 598 specification).

Actuators
We can assist with the physical fitment of actuators and fabricate brackets. Generally we cooperate with the actuator supplier who will provide their own personnel to perform hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical connections and Factory Acceptance Testing.

Non Destructive Examinations

Besides Visual, Hydrostatic and Liquid Penetrant Inspections we can arrange for Ultrasonic Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Radiography and Positive Material Identification according to industry standards.

Networks
As required, on occasion we may hire additional equipment for specific jobs or sub-contract out some operations such as heat treatment or machining of certian items to one of our approved subcontractors and provide close supervision as necessary.

Mobility
For on-site jobs we have transportable welding engine and equipment, mobile compressor, mobile generator, mobile blasting and painting equipment which can be deployed to your site subject to availability and location. Alternatively we can collect from your site with our own five ton truck or via a contracted carrier.

Warranty
Our work carries our standard manufacturer's warranty of 12 months.
