Place Age of Learners

: SDN Arcamanik Endah : Fifteen students consist of 6-7 years old.

Level of Learners English : Beginners ( Grade 1) Length of the Lesson Time : 7:30-8:15 a.m. (45 minutes) Situation Analysis : Teachers : Have commitment and responsibility of his/her students. Have good attitude and morale. Interesting to young students/children. Have varied ideas to teach young students, in order to not make the class to be bored.

Learners : Audio, Visual and kinesthetic learning style L1: Indonesian language ; L2: English language

Learners homes and background : Almost have small size of family, consist of 3-5 family members with good relationship between family members. Few students come from divorces family.

School staff and policies : Decision-making process by Principal together with teachers and other staffs. Involvement of the parents and the community Good relationship between staff members and helpfulness each other.

Environment and Atmosphere of the School and Classroom: Books in good condition and relevant or modern version. Equipments : 1 whiteboard, 1 LCD Projector, 1 laptop, papers/worksheet, 3 markers. Warmly teacher-learners relationship. Classroom space is enough for 15 students about 17m X 25 m.

Topic

: Family Members

Objectives : By the end of the lesson, the students will be able to mention family members in English, with fewer than three mistakes by completing the task in eight minutes and doing a quiz in eight minutes. Material : In this lesson, the teacher makes the material by self-produced.

Procedure : Timeframe : (45 minutes) 3 minutes 5 minutes 15 minutes 8 minutes Procedures The teacher will start the class with greetings, pray and warm-up. The teacher will review what the students have studied in last meeting. The teacher will explain the students about Family Members. The teacher will give a task in form worksheet to the students to match pictures of family members with correct word (in English) in group work. The group will be divided into three groups, each group will consist of five students. The teacher will give a quiz about Family Members to the students and also in group work with the same group work. In the end of the lesson, the teacher will give the students homework based on the material that the students have learned about Family Members. After all have finished, the teacher will end the class by praying together and giving greetings.
