I look forward to hearing your positive response as soon as possible. In addition, well be very happy to comply what you want us to finish. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Corresponding author of the article Meng-Chih Lee, MD, PhD Answer to Editors and Referee(s)' comments Referee(s)' comments: Referee: 1 Comments to the Author There are several points which need clarification: (1) In the Method, the author mention that questions on general background, medical history, obstetric and gynecological history, nocturia and other will be asked in the questionnaire. If not, it would be better if the author could add in a Table. Ans. Our study is part of a nationwide study on women health which comprising more than 100 variables in the questionnaire. We have collected most of variables related to nocturia for analysis. As you had suggested we reviewed the variables and showed their proportion in women having nocturia and those without nocturia in Table 4 with description at para.3 of page 12.

Editorial decisions are made by taking many factors into account, www.globalfamilydoctor.com,Feb. 2007

The job of journal editors is thus clearly separates from that of reviewers; editors must assess the reviews and then come to a decision about the suitability of a particular article for their journal. Editorial decisions are not made by counting beans but by taking many factors into account. The reviewers comments are important, but so are the overall aims of the journal and other manuscripts submitted.
