– Regenesis Healing Intensive Participant Notes

The information in this handout is taken from various seminars. Since every
seminar is different, the notes on these pages may not be discussed during the
seminar.

What Is Regenesis?

REGENESIS is the practice of mobilizing and directing the flow of cellular

energy to stimulate and accelerate the natural healing process; the healer acts as a
catalyst – providing the spark (Much like a jumper cable between cars)—and
provides an environment for healing to take place. In the REGENESIS process,
the healing being IS the healing environment.

The process uses a hands-on approach (in the same way cables are used to transfer
energy).

The REGENESIS program takes a holistic view of health. That is, the subject’s
condition is viewed as a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual causes.

The REGENESIS process is independent of a person’s belief system. It is not

necessary to believe in the process for it to work; the process works according to
natural laws (such as the laws of aerodynamics) that have existed.
Learning the REGENESIS Process

Anyone can learn to use the REGENESIS process with great effectiveness. It
requires awareness of your own body (that is, the resonance of different parts of
your body); commitment to help; and continue practice.

Participants are shown how to let go of limitations, increase their awareness of

subtle energy patterns, concentrate deeply, and be open to nonverbal
communication. They are then shown a hands-on process to realign the skeletal
system and deal with organ, nerve, and gland problems.

Through discussion and various experimental processes, participants are taught

methods of dealing with the full range of the human condition, the whole person.

SCIENTIFIC AND PHILOSOPHIC BASES OF THE HEALING PROCESS

Skepticism. Don’t believe anything you can’t prove to yourself.
The source of the energy is the creative spark in each of us. This energy is self-generated.
The power is within one’s self. One learns to expand the energy in one’s own body—that
same energy in the cellular unit the fetus uses to create itself and that the starfish uses to
create a new limb. Reich described this energy as the “little blue dot” within each cell
nucleus.
The process is based on cellular regeneration; the body corrects itself.
All phenomena can be viewed in terms of resonance (vibration), for example, hearing,
seeing. etc. Different rate energy (resonance). Liver cells, for example, all resonate at the
same frequency, a frequency different than the energy pattern of the heart, for example.
With the introduction of energy, body cells balance themselves to the correct vibration,
the perfect pattern.
LOVE (=Acceptance)
Accept people where they are. This is the basis for healing. Don’t question their belief
system or try to change their attitude. Recognize that they are going through this phase of
their evolution. We have all been there at some time.
RESPONSIBILITY
Because all healing takes place within a subject’s body, through their own mechanisms,
you are not responsible for the subject’s healing. If you were to feel what the subject is
feeling and become involved in the emotional aspects of the problem, then you become
part of the problem rather than part of the solution. You only have a responsibility to do
your best.
One of the pitfalls we have is accepting responsibility. The objective mind cannot handle
everything. Extensive use of the objective mind makes you confused because you need to
make so many decisions. To quell “chatter” in the mind, turn the decision over to Your
Higher Self: Use your intuition.
BELIEF SYSTEMS
“COINCIDENCE”. So-called impossible things occur all the time, but we rarely notice
them. Our perception of”the impossible” would change dramatically if we recorded daily
coincidences. After a while, we would probably discover that seemingly unrelated events
have a pattern to them.
GUILT AND KARMA Some people believe that because they did something in the past
(or in a past life), they must suffer for it now. Karma is simply an indication that a lesson
that must be learned. Once the lesson is learned, the karma dissolves.
– THE HEALING OF FEAR AND PAIN/THE HEALING BEING
– What qualities constitute or characterize the healing being? What separates technique
from art; that is what differentiates a true healer from someone who knows technique?
– THE RELATIONSHIP OF FEAR AND PAIN
– There are various levels of pain
Physical All are based on a lack of knowledge. Once you
Emotional become aware, the fear—and considerable negative
Psychological energy in the form of pain—dissolves.
Spiritual
Eliminating fear involves changing the key process that is, reducing trauma to memory.
Eliminating fear involves releasing the emotional charge (the excess energy) surrounding
the situation. Particular incidents key in fear, which reduces the body’s ability to deal
with stress. The body anesthetizes itself to pain. Reduce fear to memory by under-
standing the key factor.
DEATH AND DYING
Death is an illusion. The body is like a garment...Death is a spiritual
transition, a passage
from one plane to another. The only painful thing about death is resisting it. A person
may know they are going to die, and as a healer, your role may be to comfort them and
make the transition easier for them.

The fear of death is a fear of lack of continuity of consciousness.

SELF-HEALING/POSSIBLE SPECIALITIES USING THE REGENSIS PROCESS

The “Rasmusson Seems-to” process. Pre-and post-pregnancy; female
problems;

Self-hypnosis skeletal problems; heart and

circulation
problems, headaches and eye problems, depression,
alcoholism, AIDS . . .

USES OF THE ENERGY

1. Awakens the psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of a person.
2. Causes transformation (a common experience—awakening to the meaning in life)
3. Higher self-connection.
4. Communication device on a very profound level (highly useful with autistic children,
persons with depression or other psychological problems).
5. Useful in everyday life to bring about circumstances you desire—a connection to
prosperity, power (ability to do things).
6. A catalyst to creativity.
7. Used to augment effectiveness in health-related fields—acupressure, medicine, etc.
8. Aiding women who could not previously conceive.

ATTITUDE OF A HEALER
1. Commitment to being a healer; dedication to the betterment of humanity.
2. Total acceptance (=seeing perfection) of the individual facilitates energy flow.
3. Not accepting responsibility for subject’s problem. Just do your best.
4. Empathy recognizes sickness but you are not attached (connected but not attached).
5. Don’t be attached to results (“cure”, pain relief, etc.) or physical or egotistical
manifestations. Be with the person on an energy level.
6. Be aware that sometimes a person needs to go through a painful experience for their
own growth.
7. Strive for spiritual oneness and communicate a loving resonance.
8. Be open to communication on nonverbal levels. A great deal of communication takes
place through silence (or, perhaps, through clairvoyance, clairaudience, etc.)
9. Blank the mind to the greatest extent possible so that insight can come through and
you can pick up the messages the person is sending.

NOTES ON HEALING TREATMENTS

1. A treatment is always more effective if you focus on the work you are doing
(“listen” with your fingertips).
2. Practitioners are reminded to recognize the individuality of each person being treated
and to follow their intuition regarding individual treatments.
3. The techniques you use should be oriented to causes rather than symptoms.
4. Reduce pain first; then go to the cause.
5. Remember that sometimes a person may want to hold onto the pain because of a
belief system or as a means of control over his own life or the lives of others. Or, pain
may be the body’s only recourse to let the person know a change of a pattern or
attitude is needed.
6. A healer enables the subject’s healing mechanism to do its work. Healing may occur
instantaneously, or it may take time, just as normal body healing does not occur
instantaneously but takes time to manifest.
7. You are not responsible for the subject’s self-healing (all healing take place within a
subject’s body, through their own mechanisms). Your work is to accelerate the healing
process, in whatever form the subject chooses to manifest this process.
8. Before working on the psoas or abdominal cavity, suggest that the subject go to the
bathroom, if necessary.
9. A practitioner should wash their hands before and after a treatment to rid oneself of
toxins that may be expelled.
As a precaution, after a healing a practitioner should drink water or juice and wash their hands to the
elbows to rid oneself of toxins, discharges, or negative energy they may have picked up. In extreme
situations, the practitioner may want to take an epsom-salts bath. These same suggestions apply to the
individual being treated, who is probably expelling toxins and may feel tiredness or pain if these
precautions are not taken.
ETHICS
1. Competency.
2. Confidentiality / the subject’s history is kept secret to the public.

MEDITATION
PRELIMINARY EXCERCISES FOR GENERATING ENERGY
The purpose of Exercises 1 and 2 is to increase your ability to sense through your fingertips and to learn to
focus total awareness on one part of the body, The subject should focus on developing a sense of what the
resonance of a part of the body is when it is in a deeply relaxed state.

EXERCISE 1: BODY AWARENESS—SKELETAL SYSTEM

Lie down face up.( It is best to be nude; if dressed, be certain not to be wearing nylons or synthetics.) Have
your partner start by touching you on the toe. Feel the skin around the nail on the toe, the blood pulsing
through the toe. Feel the toe begin to tingle. When you feel the toe begin to tingle, raise your finger to let
your partner know it is time to move to the next point. Hold the vibration in the toe, and begin to focus your
awareness on the next point, indicate this to your partner by raising one finger.

When you reach the top of the thigh, hold the energy at the top of the thigh while your partner goes on to
touch the same points on your foot. BE AS DEEPLY RELAXED AS POSSIBLE DURING THIS
ENERGY-GENERATING PROCESS. Some points to be touched are:
1. Big toe 8. Mid-thigh 15. Fingers (each) 21 Chin (mandible)
2. Each toe 9. Top of thigh 16. Hand 22. Nose
3. Instep 10. Pubic bone 17. Wrist 23. Cheekbones
4. Heel 11. Bottom of last rib 18. Forearm 24. Ears
5. Ankle 12. Sternum 19. Bicep 25. Center of forehead
6. Shin 13. Clavicle/throat intersects 20. Shoulder 26. Crown
7. Knee 14. Clavicle/shoulder (Repeat on other arm)
Subject:
When focusing energy on different parts of the body, try to build up as much energy as
possible. When you have reached the crown portion of the exercise, have your partner sweep the energy up.
The more you practice this exercise, the stronger the energy will get.
EXERCISE 2: BODY AWARENESS—ORGANS & GLANDS
Go through the organs in sequence given below (if you need to refresh your memory on the location of the
organs of glands, see Figure 6, page 10) Have your partner help you bring the energy up through your toes,
legs, thighs, and then on to the:
1. Ovaries 7. Gall bladder 13. Lungs (hands under body)
2. Uterus 8. Liver 14. Bronchial
3. Bladder 9. Pancreas 15. Thymus
4. Kidneys 10. Stomach 16. Thyroid -16a Thalamus (under mastoid pr.)
5. Large intestine 11. Spleen 17. Pineal (between the eyebrows)
6. Small intestine 12. Heart 18. Pituitary (just behind crown)
EXERCISE 3: BODY AWARENESS (SOLO VOYAGE), AND SWEEPING THE ENERGY UP
Bring up the energy from the toes to the top of the crown by yourself, take
your time,
and be sure to recognize the tingling that will occur at each point. FOCUS.
Sweep the
energy up by mentally raising the tingling feeling from your toes to your
crown. Especially
feel the energy flow from your hands and fingertips.
EXERCISE 6: BREATHING
The breath enables the transfer of energy to the subject and is one of the
very foundations
of the healing process. The breathing must be used along with the hand
positions at all times
for effectiveness of the REGENESIS process.

Practice circular breathing (natural inhale during which stomach expands); let
breath exhale
Using a silent whistle. Inhale on a 5 counts: exhale on a 39 counts.

The use of several breaths will expand the energy.

SECIFIC ADJUSTMENTS AND HAND-PLACEMENT POINTS
The follow exercises are designed to familiarize you with the contact points
and hand
positions and are for learning purposes only. While healing may occur in the
process,
don’t orient the exercises to healing the person you are working on. When
you are
finished going through the exercise, go through it again and if necessary,
again, until the
time period for this exercise is complete. Use the time to learn. (30 minutes)

EXERCISE 5; CRANIAL AND FACIAL ADJUSTMENTS

Adjusting the skull may aid stroke victims.
CRAINAL CONTACT POINTS-See Figures 1(A) and (B)
With the subject seated on the table with their back to you:
1. Occipital (thumbs up the back of the neck to occipital) (are thumbs level?)
2. Back sutures (feel slowly in the scalp for skull-plate separation) (use thumbs)
3. Side sutures(feel with four fingers for skull-plate separation)
4. Top suture (four fingers on either side of the suture)
5. Atlas (first vertebra under the occipital) ( use thumbs)
6. Axial (place middle fingers on either side of the skull. Between the
mastoid Process
and the jaw)
FACIAL CONTACT POINTS-See Figure 1(C)
With the subject lying on the table, face up:
7. Upper mandible (open mouth to find where cheekbone and jaw-hinge
connect)
8. Lower mandible (feel bottom of chin for slight indention)
9. Sinus cavity (mask) (four fingers, very slight pressure)
10.Temples (stroke victims, headache, thinking problems)
Right/left brain (fingertips) (balance intuitive and logical process)
EXERCISE 6: EYE AND EAR ADJUSTMENTS
EYE CONTACT POINTS (See Figure 2)
With the subject lying on their back:
Before starting, stroke eyebrows or cheekbones with thumbs (long, smooth, light
strokes).
1. Lacrymal duct/supraorbital notch (index and middle finger) (RH) and optic nerve at
base of occipital (LH, tripod) until you feel a smoothing of the energy; then switch
hands and do the other eye.
2. Touch cornea lightly with two fingers, and feel for ridges; follow the ridges; follow
the ridge, if any, to a point in the eye socket (this is a muscle). Stroke the muscle until
it relaxes.
Cup hands over eyes
3. Trace the optic nerves [i.e., move the energy] from the outer corner of eyes, over
scalp, above the ears, to the base of the occipital.
Stroke eyebrows or cheekbones again.
3a. Right/left brain (little finger at end of eyebrow; index finger a center top of forehead; other two fingers
relaxed on forehead.)
EAR CONTACT POINTS (See Figure 2)
4. Ears—fingers on three points: where the top of the ear connects to the face; middle
lobe; and the bottom of the ear, where it connects to the face.
5. Inner ear—tripod on the mastoid process (loss of balance).
6. Eustachian tubes (located in upper throat, roughly under corner of jaw) (eye, ear, and
nose drainage) (use two fingers on each side).
7. Headaches-temples
EXERCISE 8: SKELETAL SYSTEM—UPPER BACK/FRONT
With subject sitting on a table, back to you:
Stroke across shoulders and down sides of torso (long, smooth strokes) until you feel the subject’s skin become velvety
smooth (this is done to align your energy to the subject’s).
With two fingers or thumbs, traces down either side of the vertebral column to get a general picture of straightness of subject’s
spine.
1. Place thumbs between each vertebra, (from neck to lumbar area) to horizontally align each vertebra.
2. Place thumbs between each rib, starting at first rib below clavicle (both sides of body). Smooth around scapula. Now do
the right scapula.
Smooth muscles around scapula to loosen it,
3. Have subject place left hand behind him in a relaxed position, back of the hand resting on table. With your left hand, cup
subject’s left shoulder and gently insert your right hand under the subject’s scapula (at such an angle that your fingers
point towards subject’s left shoulder). With your fingertips, feel for knots in muscular relaxation. Then, withdraw hand,
and smooth skin around scapula. Now do the right scapula.
With the subject’s sitting on a table, facing you:
4. Adjust clavicle (first, sternum? clavicle intersection) with two thumbs; then, shoulder/clavicle intersection with thumb
under clavicle, fingers on shoulders).
5. Adjust front ribs (along sternum), thumbs between each rib.
6. Again, adjust clavicle/sternum intersection.
Adjust outer ribs (from below clavicle to just below armpit), thumbs between each rib.
femur. I virtually affects skeletal balance, range of movement, diaphragmatic breathing,
and organ functioning. When the psoas constricts, it does not release. It must be
lengthened.
The psoas is a centrally located, internal muscle that connects the spine to the head of the
Symptoms indicating the subject needs to have their psoas released would include the
shoulders being cupped forward, tension in the trapezius muscles (top of the shoulders), a
bulge in the sacral area; also, the subjects back does not lie flat on the table.

The psoas can be found by placing the fingertips on the ridge of the hipbone (the subject is lying on their
back). Curl your fingers under the hipbone ridge and angle the slightly toward your own body. Feel for
ridges running at a 90 angle to the position of your fingers (these are the tendons connecting the psoas to
the bone)

Firmly hold down the tendons with your fingertips, and ask the subject (if you are on the right side of the
subject) to place the left heel as close to the buttocks as is comfortable. Using the breathing technique and
generating the energy, ask the subject to slowly bring the right foot up as close to the buttocks as is
comfortable. BE GENTLE WHEN HOLDING DOWN THE PSOAS, AND WATCH THE SUBJECT’S
FACE FOR PAIN NOT VERBALLY EXPRESSED.

Firmly holding down the psoas muscle with your fingertips, move your fingertips across the ridges
(tendons) gently but firmly. (After 10-15 seconds to do so) until it is straight and relaxed. Continue to
smooth the muscle with your fingertips (90 angles to fingers).

Repeat the procedure several times until you feel the muscle relax and are able to insert your fingertips
more deeply. Then standing on the subject’s left side, repeat the procedure on the left side.
EXERCISE 9: ORGANS AND GLANDS
The organs and glands are NOT demonstrated in the order listed below. As you observe the demonstration,
write and practice the hand positions in the order demonstrated by teacher.

To work on the organs, place one hand on the organ and the other on the corresponding
point of the sympathetic nervous system (Figure 6(A)). BE SURE TO CONTINUE THE
BREATHING CADENCE. Figure 6 (B) and (C) shows organ locations.

1. Bronchials 8. Gall bladder (gallstones)

2. Lungs (breathing difficulty) 9. Small intestine
3. Heart (reduce fast heartbeat) 10. Large intestine (colitis, constipation)
4. Spleen (general weakness) 11. Kidney (kidney stones, incontinence)
5. Stomach (ulcers) 12. Bladder (incontinence)
6. Pancreas (feel for ridges) 13. Ovaries & fallopian tubes (cysts)
7. Liver (hepatitis) 14. Uterus (inability to conceive)

For the organs and the glands, hold hand positions until you feel the energy has smoothed
out. (Note: the conditions listed alongside the organs have often been alleviated by work
on the organ noted.)

1. PITUITARY: Master gland; controls/directs function of all other glands. Right hand
just behind crown (tripod), and left hand on the base of the occipital (tripod).
2. PINEAL: Inhibits sexual growth before puberty; accelerates it forward. When
inundated with lime salts, may cause fibrosis. Right hand between eyebrows (tripod),
and left hand on the base of the occipital (tripod)
3. THALAMUS: Controls the neuron tracks by acting as a relay (signal) center to bring
motor and sensory messages to the brain; a “switching” gland. Two fingertips or a
tripod at the base of the mastoid process (both sides).
4. THYMUS: Triggers cellular reproduction. Center of the body’s immune system.
Right hand on thymus (tripod) and left hand on first thoracic vertebra, until you feel
that energy is smooth between the two points.
5. THYROID: Controlling force in the growth of the body and its sustaining power.
Acts on growth of the inner and outer coverings of the body (skin, hair, glands, and
mucous membranes); builds nerves and tissues; controls oxidation and energy balance
of the system. The parathyroid gland, located one on each lobe of the thyroid,
metabolizes calcium. They are affected when you work on the thyroid.
6. ADRENALS: Activate during stress; trigger the pituitary, through hormones
released. Two-fingers on the adrenals; other hand on the 10th thoracic. Then do other
adrenal.
Breathing cadence: 1 to 6 blow.
CHAKRAS
The chakra system is the balance mechanism for the psychological & emotional aspects.

The chakra system functions as a unit; the flow of energies between the chakras should be
balanced. There are seven major chakras, and a chakra treatment is given to balance the
energy flowing among them. The process used in this seminar to give a chakra treatment
is given below.

– Seventh, or “crown” chakra: Located at the very top of the head. Relates to the
ability to take things from abstract to concrete form.
– Sixth, or “third eye” chakra: Located on the brow and slightly above and
between the eyebrows. Affects the pineal gland. Relates to seeing reality:
intuition; ability to discriminate; choose options.
– Fifth, or “throat” chakra: Located near the thyroid gland. Affects the thyroid
gland. Relates to the cycle of giving and receiving; communication with
others.
– Fourth, or “heart” chakra: Located on the sternum, over the heart. Relates to
acceptance of self, others, and conditions; service without effort; higher
spiritual emotions of compassion; clairsentience.
– Third, or “completion” chakra: Located over the solar plexus. Affects
metabolic and vital energy; psychological and emotional energy flow; ability
to complete things.
– Second, or “creative” chakra: (misnamed as the sexual chakra): Located about
2-3” below the navel. Affects the adrenal glands. Relates to creative abilities.
First, or “grounding” chakra: Located at the base of the spine. Stabilizing,
grounding energy.

1. When doing a chakra treatment, hold the fingers of the right hand in a “tripod”
position as you move from chakra to chakra. (very light contact).
2. KEEP A STEADY BREATHING CADENCE.
3. To do a chakra treatment, hold the left hand about one inch above the crown chakra
(the subject is lying down face up) until you feel the energy flow to the palm of your
left hand.
4. After you determine the energy level in the subject’s crown chakra, use the tripod
position with your right hand over the sixth chakra (keeping your left hand above the
crown chakra to monitor the energy flow. When the flows are balanced (this may take
a minute or more), move your left hand to the next chakra, again holding the tripod
position over the chakra you are now balancing.
5. When all the chakras have been balanced, brush the energy from the groin to the
chin (between 30-50 strokes), keeping your left hand on the crown chakra; then brush
up the energy and intermittently remove your hand from the crown chakra as you
stroke.
