The article discuss about the potential and capability of both men and women in terms of leadership. In the writers point of view, he or she thinks that leadership has little to do with gender and a lot to do with a persons innate character. Basically, an issue of choosing a better leader to lead the way in which the different parts of a system are arranged and work together does not depend on the gender holistically but rather someones great personal characteristics, caliber and charisma in leadership. Frankly speaking, it is crucial to have a leader without considering the aspect of gender that can manage a group of people or arrange something so that the work is more ordered or happens in more sensible way. However, a contrast result comes when we have analy ed the article thoroughly regarding this matter among us. !hen it comes to choose either men or women to be a leader, we strongly believe that women are more "ualified to be a leader due to several "ualities that we have determined.

First "uality that most of the women have portrayed is they are better communicators than men. They can communicate positive e#pectations and attitude, e#plain clearly the procedures and the rationale for policies. In fact, women are better listeners than men and this is e#actly the skill that is most critical and vital for managing an organi ation or association. $ccording to the physiological research, this is a result of women being more discussion oriented and men %ust wanted to take an action. It can be said that men only communicate through activities rather than conversations. !hy we said that this is an important skill for followers& For instance, the employees want their managers to hear their point of views, and customers want everyone to empathi e with their problems. !omen who are being better communicator will lead to a stronger and intact relationship that is built on trust, which is critical to establish loyalty.

'econd of all, women place a higher value on relationships and %udge the success of their organi ations based on the "uality of relationships within them compared to the men. (enerally, we know that women are being born with a motherly attributes and they are really concern about the relationship with the people around themselves. It can be said that, a good relationships and interaction among the followers or workers together with the leader is a great impact perspective on the success from the womens point of views. The great relationships able to create such a good working environment for the workers and intact unity among the followers. This will lead to the achievement on the short)term or long term goals of an organi ation and increment in the degree of commitment. In addition, women are also more likely to use others in the decision making process, which lead to more co)operative feeling within the company itself. 'imply said, they are more likely to use cooperation, collaboration and consensus) building.

They are able to motivate their followers, and they will in turn be passionate to become loyal and motivated to work harder. $s there is a saying in the book, Fierce *oyalty, in a social media world where most consumers check online reviews before buying, a fiercely loyal community is the strongest marketing strategy for any business. This has been proved that, through womens ability in activating passion makes them a better leader compared to the men.

!hile the point of this article has strayed into the promotion of women into leadership roles, the real point we are getting to is that the ideas and "ualities of leadership need to change more in business. $ctually, it is not the intention to ignite a gender debate but more to outline the "ualities of good leadership are changing toward skills which most

women come to more naturally. !e are saying that neither men do not have these "ualities easily, nor that they cannot be easily learned. The best leaders are the ones with low staff turnover and productive teams either a male or a female and share these attributes in common. That is good communication, place a higher value of relationship, and great at activating passion. However, we have noticed that most of the women have all these "ualities make them better leaders. /ven, there is a saying that say 3behind a mans success, there is a great woman4 shows the impact perspective on the gender in leadership and women are the ones who dominate the leadership.
