Develop an understanding of the key principles within sport and exercise psychology Engage in learning and application of critical literature Gather and critically examine psychological data Make appropriate analysis that support psychological interventions

Understanding Sport and Exercise Psychology


Concerns the understanding of mental preparation of participants. Relates to the emotional behaviour of those involved in sport and exercise. Provides practitioners opportunities to utilise psychological interventions to support and enhance participation.
