Updates & Changes: *12 week participants - Please turn in you class attendance log by November 9th. *Some changes have been made to class times and/or days. *Room in Use - means there is paid group training going on. * TRX training w/ Jean - all are welcome, but space is limited so hurry. $7 per session or $15 paid in advance for all 3 Wednesdays. No session on the 27th. *Deep Stretch Yoga: Thursday morning the 14th, and Monday the 25th morning and evening. *Bonus weekend workout, run by our trainers. Day, time and trainer will be announced during the week for the next session. $2 for 12 week & $5 for all others.

*Hours ~ Monday-Thursday: 5am-10pm. Friday: 5am-8pm. Saturday: 7am-5pm. Sunday: 9am-4pm.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions


Dont be afraid to try all these great classes. Just do want you can. Work at your own pace and enjoy some good company in your workout! Body Blast- a simple athletic based workout that strengthens, tones, and defines every major muscle group in your bodyideal for beginners to experienced exercisers. It is the workout for EVERY- BODY. Core Need we say more? This class is geared to work your abdominal, back and glute muscles which are so important for our everyday functioning. Plus, who doesnt want abs of steel! Pilates Lengthen, strengthen, and tone your entire body through balance and core work using just a mat on Monday and on Wednesday you can add a stability ball. Get a total body workout. See a flatter stomach and better posture within weeks. SilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movement Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Simply Stretching Just what it says. After a long week of workouts, whats better than a relaxing half hour of stretching! Spinning - Diversified has three awesome spinning instructors that are ready to give you a great workout. Spinning is an exercise program that utilizes a specially designed stationary bicycle and a series of cycling movements that provide the participant with both a physical and mental workout. The spinning bike is designed to mimic an outdoor bicycle ride with the added bonus of core and leg exercise to tone while you burn. Step- Step is a simple, motivating program that can help to kick you fitness enthusiasts into high gear. This class takes you back to basics with motivating music in an energizing setting. Stretch and Tone- Stretch and Tone class shows you basic movements with a simple routine thats easy to follow along. Use your level of weights, stability balls and your body weight to improve balance while building muscular and core strength and endurance. Stretch and Tone is safe and appropriate for all fitness levels and a great workout to do three days per week. Yoga-Pilates Blend - This class is a unique blend of Pilates and Yoga exercise sequences utilizing both standing and mat positions. You will sculpt, strengthen and stretch the entire body focusing on spinal alignment. All fitness levels welcome! Yoga-A revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body forever. You will stand straighter and feel stronger, while becoming more flexible and physically aware. Yoga is designed for all fitness levels. Zumba Fitness- is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements which create a dynamic and exciting fitness program. This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve cardio and muscle toning benefits. Zumba is fun, easy, and effective, giving you a big calorie burn, 500+, in an hours time. Anyone can do it! You dont need to know how to dance to succeed!
