The Installation column is completely constructed of ground stainless steel. The wash- and
autopsy-table WT 10/650 can be joined by a special connection unit. The column features on
the top a plain work-sur face, a seamlessly welded basin 500 x 400 x 200 mm as well as a
single level tap for cold and warm water. Another single level tap with a 3 m shower-hose and a

Stainless steel body tray LM 80/100
The body tray serves to accommodate, to store and to transport bodies of deceased. A seamless
deep-drawn, extremely rugged structure of ground stainless steel (material no. 1.4301 -ANSI 304)
without welded corners and edges on the inside ensures perfect cleaning. Two closed skids at the
bottom of the body tray serves for noiseless transport on the roller tracks of the lift and transport
truck or on the shelf system, and prevents moreover lateral tipping. A big sliding handle is moun-
ted at each front end of the body tray. The body tray is absolutely resistant to cleaning agents and
disinfectants.

The Transport truck TW 52/500 has a stable, torsion-resistant frame structure of steel profiles
silver-coloured painted, with smooth running , integrated double-hydraulic unit for foot-actuated
height-adjustment as well as for length-side tipping. The transport-truck can be lifted or lowered,

Electro-hydraulic construction
The coffin transport truck is for the laoding of the morgue refrigeration units and the shelfdevices.
A rugged, torsion-resistant frame structure of steel grey powder coated and the smooth synthetic
material enclose the lift pole and the ground conveyor. The lifting is done hydraulically through an
electro motor, 1,0 kW with an push bottom switch. The hydraulicunit is secured through aoverpres-
sure device. The direction can be controlled through the shaft to both sides over 90. The engine
runs with the electromoter with 0,3kW, the coffin forklift can be slowed down by lowering the shaft.
The drive gear is made of polyuethan and has a diameter of 230 mm and an depth of 80 mm. The
wheels have a diameter of 85 mm and a depth of 70 mm. The forklift is equipped with a mainte-
nance free 24 V / 60 Ah battery and a recharger. This wills garantee a power over approx. 3 hours

The extendable coffin trolley SW-1250 has a extremely rugged, torsion-resistant x-frame structure
completely made of stainless steel. This material makes a great visual impact and is very easy to
clean. The extandable trolley is designed for everyday use in the funeral and cemetery sector. Due

Together with the Body-Lifter BD-LI-200 the Electro-Lifter ELL-200 constitutes an optimum of assis-
tance and ergonomics regarding the transport of the deceased. A rugged, torsion-resistant frame

Morgue refrigeration unit
The Morgue refrigeration units are made of sturdy, self-supporting walls, floor and ceiling elements.
They are delivered in separate components and are to be assembled on site to a sturdy system by
means of slot and key joints and integrated galvanized hook fasteners. The Cell components are
manufactured in a sandwich building system, made of 80 mm CDC-free polyurethane rigid foam.
The surface of the morgue refrigeration cells is manufactured of white powder-coated galvanized
steel plates. The floor is manufactured in the same manner. Optionally, the complete cell or single
parts (e.g. the front part) can be delivered with a stainless steel sur face. All doors and hatches
are individually lockable. A doors and hatches have a emergency opener from the inside. All fit-
tings and locks are made of high-gloss chromium-plated brass. The morgue refrigeration cells are
made in a modular size and are available with large doors or individual hatches. A combination of
large doors and small hatches is also possible. The produced cells are made for use at an in-room
temperature of +2 C. Upon request, the cells can be delivered at a maximum refrigeration tempera-
ture of -25C. A large assortment of accessories is available for delivery, such as internal lighting,
temperature warning feature (both visual and auditory), separation walls, tray downspout etc.

UVC degerminating systems UVC-2004
Over the years UVC degerminating systems have become established devices for a compartment air
Disinfection. They are mainly used in rooms with an extremely high risk of germination, as for ex-
ample in laboratories. The radiation efficiency of the D2400 system is considerably high. It does not
only affect the rooms dimensions but simultaneously the sur faces. In comparison with a chemical
operation the danger of a resistence of the organisms caused by a mutation can be eliminated
during an UVC degerminating process. Items and products which are sensitive to ultraviolet rays
have to be protected from direct radiation. Human beings are not allowed to stay in this area over a
