Medidas simples para se prevenir da gripe:

Influenza A(H1N1) is an acute respiratory disease which is transmitted from person to person mainly through coughing,
sneezing or contact with the respiratory secretions of infected people.
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing.

• When coughing or sneezing, always cover the nose and mouth with a disposable handkerchief.
• Do not share food, glasses, bath towels or any objects of personal use.
• Persons who have any kind of influenza must avoid enclosed environments and crowding.
• Do not take medication without medical guidance. Self-medication can be hazardous to health.
• In case of influenza, see your personal doctor or go to a health unit for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
Recommendations to passengers:
If you have fever above 38ºC (100ºF), coughing, followed or not by sore throat, see your personal doctor or go to the
nearest health unit.
To passengers with destinations in other countries, follow strictly the recommendations of the local health authorities
during your stay.
