Carbon Fiber Self extinguishing, certified, pre-preg hot melt carbon fiber, conforms to FAR 25853 norms, withstands extreme heat. Used for the entire fuselage and wings Steel and Aluminum Chomoly (CRMO) 4130 steel, praised for its strength to weight ratio, and is typically used in structural tubing. Anodized aluminum 7075 used for its high strength to density ratio, ensuring high strength without additional weight. All welds are subjected to x-ray, ultrasonic and penetrating liquid non-destructive tests, further ensuring the quality and safety of all materials.

The Prime is a revolutionary ultralight aircraft featuring a full carbon fiber frame, which makes for an extremely strong and low weight aircraft. The unparalleled, standard safety features and specially designed 4 spar cockpit ensure you will fully enjoy the high speed and agility that the Prime was built for. The advanced diagnostic module, unique in its kind and specifically designed for Blackshape, monitors parameters during flight and presents you with both in-air and post-flight reports on the status of the aircraft. The body style, inspired by famed Italian designer Bepi Vidor, creates a compact and lightweight aircraft providing ultralight and light sports aircraft enthusiasts with unprecedented agility and extreme safety without sacrificing comfort or performance. The tandem seating cockpit allows each passenger a nearly unobstructed view of the skies, and room to move around without risk of bumping into one another. Computation and modelling tools were used to create a comfy cockpit that can fit pilots even in the 95th percentile in terms of height. The Primes ergonomic seats make this ultralight comfortable throughout the long trips that its range allows.
