(( Bracelets )) Shaped bracelet - circle

For those of you who learn easier with grids here is a diagram:

Note: This diagram assumes that the NEXT large diamond/circle will be blue. For this bracelet you are going to need six colors, some people use eight but in this tutorial i will be using six colors. you need two of each color.

First, cut your strings, tie them together, and separate them into two groups. one strand of each color per group!.

". starting on the left side..pic# your first color and tie a forward #not around all the other threads in that group. $ threads! %&a#e sure to always tie double #nots'

(. pic# up the color you want to use next and tie a forward #not o)er all the other threads in that group EX*E+T the one you ,ust used. - threads! ..continue doing this until you run out of colors... the last color is only #notted on and will not be used to ma#e a #not. -. do exactly the same thing with the right group of threads except this time you will be doing bac#wards #nots. it should loo# re)erse of the other side.

$.the sides are now done, time to wor# with the middle. ta#e the two inner most threads should be the same color! and ,oin them with a forward #not. /.going down the right side, ma#e forward #nots with all the threads and on the last one ma#e a forward bac#ward #not. 0. do the same thing on the left side except you will be doing bac#wards #nots with all the threads and on the last one do a bac#wards forward #not.

1.ta#e the next two colors in the middle and do a forward #not to ,oin them. 2. you will do the same thing as you ,ust did with the first thread in steps six and se)en except ma#e the forward bac#ward or bac#ward forward on the thread right 3EF45E the one you ,ust used.

"6. do the same with the next color in steps 1 and 2. "".ta#e the two inner most threads and #not them together with a forward #not. should be the same colors and the same threads used in step "6.

"(. Now go bac# to the threads used in steps 1 and 2. you will be going down the right side doing bac#ward #nots and the left side doing forward #nots. ending with a forward #not to ,oin them. "..do the same in step "( with the second outermost right and left thread.

"-.now we mo)e bac# to shaping the outside of the bracelet. on the right side pic# up the second color from the right and ma#e a forward #not o)er the right most color.

"$.Now pic# up the third color from the right and ma#e a forward #not o)er 34T7 the first and second to the right colors. "/. continue doing that with all the colors in the right group. #ind of li#e in the beginning but opposite! "0. do the same thing on the left side except doing bac#wards #nots. "1 optional step! if you want to #eep all the circles the same color, then don8t pay attention to this step. to ma#e the colors different, ,ust pic# a different color to start with when you do it again.
