Master of Ceremonies Program

This is a guide only. For Couples who have multi-course dinner, it is suggested to conduct some of your formalities during the clearing of each course, which can shorten the length of your dinnertime. For these couples that do not have multi-course dinner, your formalities will be conducted once coffee, tea and dessert have been served to your guest.

When your detail appointment is completed you will have your appropriate time to schedule in the Approximate clearing time of each course.

Appetizer Course When the staff begins clearing the appetizer course the Master of Ceremonies can take this time to read any telegrams or make a toast to the Bride and Groom Pasta Course When the staff begins serving the pasta course you can take this time to conduct a speech or toast Main Entre Upon clearing of the main entre more speeches and toast can be made. Dessert During the dessert you can take the time to do more formal speeches. The recommended order of the speeches is as follows Maid of Honor Best Man Father of the Bride Father of the Groom Bride and Groom The Master of Ceremonies can finish by thanking everyone and telling them to enjoy their evening
