Automatic Bus Transfer

ATS
The reduction of the voltage below a preselected value and after a pre selected time period the affected incoming breaker will trip. After the breaker has disconnected the main the bus-tie breaker will close. This operation will not take place if the incomer was tripped by any future protection device.

It shall be manually. Re-closing of either incoming breaker results in momentary parallel switching of the main, followed by manually opening of the bus-tie breaker. Manually opening the bus tie breaker, followed by manually closing the incoming.
