The inno vative ho me elevato r do es no t require any pre-co nstructio n shaft, pit, o r machine ro o m and can be installed in as little as two days. By using a vacuum pump to generate areas o f higher and lo wer atmo spheric pressure within the cylinder ho ist way, the unit smo o thly mo ves between flo o rs while using much less energy than o ther ho m e e le vat o rs . A set o f mechanical lo cks ancho r in the elevato r when it reaches each flo o r and the system has built-in safety mechanisms to sto p free-fall in the event o f a po wer o utage, as the ho me elevato r car slo wly descends to the gro und flo o r.
