To the User

This operation manual includes safe operation, adjustment, inspection and repair as well as maintenance of the machine. Understanding and observance of the articles mentioned in this manual is the precondition to avoid mechanical failure and endangering personal safety, therefore, only the person who have been trained well and are familiar with machine performance and conform to operating rules are allowed to operate the machine. Strict inspection has been conducted for each part of the machine when leaving factory, we hope the machine to be operated, checked and maintained properly in accordance with the operation manual to enable the machine to exert its optimum performance and extend its service life. For structure, operation and technical maintenance which are not covered in this manual for main purchased parts such as engine please refer to the operating instructions for main purchased parts attached to the documents supplied with the machine. This machine e uipped with standard work devices is used for underground digging and loading and unloading bulk materials, including ditching, truck loading and short!distance materiel transport, etc. "lease do not use this machine for other purpose which is not mentioned in this manual. This machine cannot be refitted without authori#ation otherwise, the person who refits the machine without authori#ation shall be responsible for machine malfunction and personal injury caused hereby. The operation manual shall be placed in the driving cab, kept under good condition and accessible for dereference at any time. $ou can operate this machine after you have completely understood it.

. Safety rules
& General
This machine can only be operated by the person over %' years old. "rotective measures are re uired for different work, such as safety cap, protective footwear, safety glove, light!reflecting waistcoat, earplug and "rotective glasses, all protective devices re uired shall be determined before work and keep using them in work.

(ot allowed to wear slack suit and hand ornament which are easy to be sei#ed by mechanical elements.

)uring the driving operation process, the driver is only allowed to execute the signals sent out by the specially!assigned person. (ot allowed to knock on or bend the high!pressure oil pipes, check all oil pipes carefully for oil leakage when disassembly and assembly for examination and repair.

*e familiar with different parts of the +,-.!/0 backhoe loader. Understand all operating systems and be proficient in working performance of this machine before operation. 1now about construction site. This machine can only be used within prescribed scope.

Note When the engine is running, relevant personnel shall pay attention to surrounding environment to ensure personal safety.

Before starting "lease refer to the operation manual before starting the machine. *efore starting the machine each day, carefully check for oil leakage, water leakage, loosened screws, lost or damaged parts and conduct necessary lubrication work2 erase dust from the machine, especially from engine. This machine cannot be used any more if problems occur to any device. 1eep windows of driving cab clean and often check window wipers. 3nsure no people and obstacle around or under the machine before operating the machine. The console pedal and pedals for other operating personnel shall be kept clean and lubricating grease and other dirt on them shall be removed timely. 4ovable tools or other articles on the machine shall be placed at safe places.

3nsure other persons keep away from the machine before starting and after pausing the machine. Starting +hen there is caution board hanging on the machine, never start the engine and operate the control lever. +hen starting the engine, all control handles must be at the 5mid position6. 7heck all instruments after starting the engine to ensure they are under normal conditions. The operator cannot leave the machine at will when the engine is running. +hen starting by means of jumping ignition, the positive electrode shall be connected with the positive electrode, the negative electrode shall be connected with the negative electrode and the ground wire

negative electrode shall be connected later and the ground wire shall be disconnected firstly.

%perating 3nsure the speed of this machine to match with its working conditions. (ever let other persons sit on the machine to avoid falling down or accidents. Touching with high!voltage power line, underground cable and so on may get an electric shock to cause serious casualty, the power supply must be cut off or keep safe distance with electrical wire, cable or power station before driving or operating at the places with high voltage line or cable. 1eep the scraper bucket under lower state when moving the machine within working area and be careful when lifting the scraper bucket to unload. The machine shall be operated within specified capacity and limit, the lifting capacity and digging depth are listed in technical parameter of the operation manual for the machine. The machine can only be operated on the operator8s seat. 9ll lighting facilities shall be checked before operation at night. +hen excavating underground, the cable, pipeline and line may cause casualty, the locations of underground dangerous substances must be known clearly before operating the machine within all areas. Take notice of and know about the positions of people around and let them keep away from the machine, otherwise, casualty may be caused. Stopping

*efore leaving the machine, place all accessories ;loading bucket, digging bucket, etc.< on ground or support them, set service control lever at gear 5(6 use the stopping brake, lift the flame!out handle to stop the engine and take out the key. =f it necessary to stop on slope, place cushion blocks under each wheel on down!slope side. 9lways face to the machine and use foot step and handrail when getting down from the machine and never jump down from it. Burn prevention The storage battery contains sulphuric acid which may cause serious burn and attention shall be paid to avoid touching skin, eyes or clothing. +hen storage battery electrolyte get fro#en, the storage battery will explode if%charge the storage battery or/start the engine by means of jump!starting. The storage battery shall be charged sufficiently to prevent the electrolyte from getting fro#en, the operator and people around are likely to be injured if fail to comply with these rules. =f the water tank cover is opened uickly, hot cooling water will spurt out to scald the people around. 9fter the water tank cooling down, the cover shall be unscrewed to the gaping place and the cover can be opened after pressure released. &ire prevention The fire or flare may cause hydrogen gas in the storage battery to explode2 the following rules shall be complied with to prevent from exploding> %. +hen disconnecting the cable for storage battery, the cathode ? shall be disconnected firstly, and the cathode ? shall be connected finally when connecting the cable for storage battery. /. +hen starting the engine through jumper cable, the operational procedure specified in this operation manual must be conducted. -. )o not make the storage battery terminal to short circuit with metal components. :. (ever weld, grind and smoke around the storage battery and do not let open flame close to the storage battery. 3lectrical system or spark from engine exhaust gas may explode or cause fire. +hen it necessary to operate the machine at the place with inflammable dust or exhaust gas, the inflammable dust or exhaust gas

shall be removed by ventilation e uipment when starting the machine. +hen running the fuel tank of engine cannot be filled with fuel because engine fuel is easy to cause fire. (o smoking when filling fuel for the machine. 9ny inflammable substance which is easy to cause fire shall be removed before starting the machine.

(onflammable cleaning agent shall be used to clean the parts. 9ll waste materials and garbage on the machine shall be removed, especially the places around the engine and exhaust system shall be checked. =f the machine leaks oil, fuel or coolant, repair and clean before operation. 7heck the electrical system for loosened joint or damaged insulating layer, repair or replace loosened or damaged parts. 'epair and maintenan!e Set 5(o operating6 mark on steering wheel before repairing the machine. 3nsure the machine to be under level and stable state when conducting repair and maintenance. +hen repairing, the person cannot touch the machine without permission. Smoke and fire are forbidden when checking acid level, coolant level or fuel. =t is easy to cause scald if drain engine oil, hydraulic oil or replace oil pipe and the like under operating temperature. 7heck whether hydraulic pressure drops when disassembling hydraulic pipe lines. (ever adjust the operating pressure of overflow valve to above its specified value. *efore repairing the machine and removing waste lubricant, take notice

of surrounding environment at any moment and do not pour oil and coolant onto ground or into sewer. The ground wire for storage battery must be disconnected before welding on the machine. 4etal filings or fragments may cause injury to eyes, please wear protective glasses or face protector when using hammer to repair the machine.

The front end of the +,-.!/0 loader digger is loading device, its rear end is excavating e uipment the switch from loading operation to excavating operation can be reali#ed by turning the seat when operating. The +,-.!/0 loader digger is mainly applied to urban and rural road construction and maintenance, cable laying, power and airport engineering, municipal construction, construction of water conservancy works and different construction works, etc.

The +,-.!/0 loader digger is small!si#ed multi!functional construction machinery integrating excavation and loading, which can be e uipped with a great variety of work device and accessories to excavate, shovel and load, break road surface, level off construction site, ditch and lay pipeline, etc.

The engine used in this machine is in!line, water!cooling, four!stroke and turbo supercharging engine. The engine has good performance, wide regional adaptability, low oil consumption and its noise and emission conforms to national standard, which can be started without taking warm!up measure under the environment of not lower than !%. Ce uire changing to use anti!free#ing coolant and refrigerator oil and can also work continuously under the condition of from !:. to F0.longitudinal inclination of /.G and transverse inclination of %0G.

There is -@.G!rotatable seat on control console and there is one operation desk before and after the control console to reali#e loading operation and excavating operation and monitor related data of the machine. This machine is e uipped with well!sealed and wide!field driver8s cab and refrigeration air!conditioning system, etc.

Transmission system
"ower output by the engine is transferred to driving axle through hydraulic tor ue converter, transmission case and transmission shaft, driving wheels to advance or reverse via wheel reducer at last. En the output shaft of transmission case caliper brake is e uipped which can be controlled through hand brake for parking or emergency braking.

+ydrauli! system
The hydraulic system of this machine is composed of steering hydraulic system, service braking system, operating hydraulic system, etc. Steering hydrauli! system Steering system adopts full!hydraulic, priority steering device, which consists of hydraulic pump, priority valve, full!hydraulic steering gear, steering cylinder, etc. Steering wheel can be operated to make high! pressure oil pumped by oil pump flow into the full!hydraulic steering gear through priority valve then enter the steering cylinder on the front axle to enable the front wheels to steer. Servi!e #ra,ing system Full!hydraulic service braking system is composed of the hydraulic pump, pressure limiting valve, brake valve, accumulator, pipeline, etc. High!pressure oil from oil pump enters the brake valve through the pressure limiting valve enable brake oil to produce high pressure, high! pressure oil drives brake piston on the driving axle to make friction disc press brake disc so as to reali#e braking. +hen not braking, oil will interflow with operating hydraulic oil at orifice (. %perating hydrauli! system Eperating hydraulic system adopts pilot control, which is mainly composed of control valve block, solenoid valve, loading hydraulic control valve, digging hydraulic control valve, accumulator, oil cylinder, pipeline etc. Switch can be used to control solenoid valve to reali#e switch of oil way controlled by hydraulic control valve, the hydraulic control valve can be used to change the direction of oil way to drive oil cylinders of corresponding actuating mechanisms.

Ele!tri!al system
The electrical system for loader digger consists of power supply circuit, starting circuit, lighting circuit, etc. 7ircuit voltage is /:I, minus earth. The main role played by storage battery is to supply electrical source which is needed when starting starter and also supply power when engine is running at low speed or peak load occurs to power consumers as well as energi#e other power consumers. +hen engine speed is rising or voltage at alternator end is higher than that of the storage battery the storage battery can be charged, and can be used by load. The electrical system is controlled by ignition switch while specific operation is controlled by different switches.

7ompressor exhausts in!taken superheated steam into condenser through pipelines after compression the superheated steam is condensated to supercooled li uid after heat exchange with air in the condenser then enters evaporator after pressure reduction and throttling by expansion valve after absorbing heat in the driver8s cab the supercooled li uid enters aspirating chamber of the compressor and enter into next working cycle after compression. Cepeat in such way, the evaporator absorbs heat in the driver8s cab continuously to achieve refrigerating effect.

&oot a!!elerator pedal: 3ngine speed rises when stepping down the foot accelerator pedal and droops when releasing it. &oot #ra,e pedal: The machine will be braked when stepping down foot brake pedal and disengage brake when releasing it.

1eft turning light: Jreen, this indicator lamp will flash when turning switch is moved to left turning. 'ight turning light: green, this indicator lamp will flash when turning switch is moved to right turning.

Supporting leg indi!ator lamp red this indicator lamp lights when left and right supporting legs are at supporting positions or not retract to proper position. Supporting leg must be retracted properly under loading or running condition, otherwise, unpredictable injury is likely to occur. Bra,e pressure $arning lamp red this indicator lamp lights after engine started indicating failure in hydraulic brake system, stop machine to check and repair immediately.

)igging !ontrol handle: divided into left and right handles and used to control digging device. +and throttle: used to control engine throttle in digging operation, engine speeds up if pull throttle handle and engine speeds down if push throttle handle. hand throttle handle shall be pushed to idle speed position before turning seat to loading position at the end of digging operation. (ova#le arm fi ing devi!e: if pull handle, fixing device for movable arm will relieve release handle after movable arm dropped. )igging device must be fixed effectively when the machine is conducting loading operations or travelling.

)river*s !a# door both left and right doors can be opened and they will lock if closed fullyupper glass can be opened singly. Side $indo$ both left and right side windows can be opened from inside and will be fixed after opening outward to maximum position. 'ear $indo$ can be opened from inside and fixed when opening to the top of driver8s cab.

Standard seat
*efore starting the machinemust adjust the seat and wear safety belt.

&ront and rear movement ad?ustment move the handle outward and move it to optimum position, then release the handle and it will lock automatically. /omfort ad?ustment according to weight of the drive itself, turn the handle clockwise then rigidity will be enforced, contrarily, it will be weakened until you feel conformable. +eight ad?ustment in raising adjustment, move the handle up, then front end or rear end of seat will raise automatically2 in lowering adjustment, move the handle firstly and then press front and rear ends forcibly, release the handle, in this way, then the cushion can be fixed on its position. Ba!,rest angle ad?ustment lift the handle with hand, angle will change with it, the handle will lock automatically after releasing it when reaching optimum position. Safety #elt adjust seat to ideal operating position and wear the safety belt properly. Seat rotation lift rotary position fixing handle, turn backward until position fixing handle fixes the position of seat automatically, namely, turn to digging position.

This machine is e uipped with top!mounted air conditioner whose control panel is at the top of the driver8s cab.

Temperature !ontrolled s$it!h used to adjust temperature inside the driver8s cab when refrigerating. -ir output s$it!h used to control rotating speed of evaporating fan s as to select appropriate air uantity. .ndi!ator lamp if green lamp lights, it indicates compressor be started and refrigeration system under operating state. =f red lamp lights, it indicate power supply has been switched on and evaporating fan be under operating state. =f yellow lamp lights, it indicates failure in refrigeration system of air! conditioning and under halted state. +hen the refrigeration system is put into use firstly, turn air uantity switch to gear after engine started, then turn temperature controlled switch to 7EEB position, here, temperature in driver8s cab begins to drop, turn temperature controlled switch slowly counter!clockwise when dropping to desired temperature until indicator lamp is off and compressor stops working. Here, temperature in the driver8s cab is preset temperature. +hen temperature in the driver8s cab is higher than this temperature, the indicator lamp lights compressor starts automatically and the system begins to refrigerating. +hen temperature in the driver8s cab is lower than this temperature, the indicator lamp is off and system stops operating. 9djusting air port angle can change angle and direction of cold air blown out2 air uantity regulation switch, through which high, middle and low!level air output can be obtained.

+hen using the air!conditioning, please do not turn the temperature controlled switch to 7EEB position and air uantity switch to low gear to avoid evaporator frosting and affecting refrigerating effect.

& Ne$ vehi!le running=in
)uring the operating process of new vehicle, the nuts and bolts of tyres shall be checked at intervals of ' hours, these parts shall be tightened according to the re uired tightening tor ue in operating instruction. The oil filter of oil inlet pipe shall be replaced after the first %.. hours of operation. 9fter the first %.. hours of operation, the sensibility of foot brake shall be check on flat and hard pavement, make sure there is no other person within the running in range. 3ngage the gear , completely press the throttle to drive the machine run forwards, when the machine is running forwards at full speed, step on the brake pedal, the machine shall stop uickly and stably and the stopping route shall be straight line.

=n the first /. hours of operation, pay attention to> % Start the machine with normal load, do not let the engine run under stall condition ;3ngine runs at full speed, machine is running slowly or nor run at all<. /1eep the engine under normal operating temperature. -7annot let the engine running at idling speed for long time.

%7heck the machine for any leakage. /7heck the tire for damage. -7heck the machine for damaged or loosened part. : Cemove residue on the machine and ensure places around the radiator clean.

07heck engine oil level.

Starting engine:
%9djust the seat to the loading position. /9djust the seat until you feel most comfortable and tie the safety belt. - 3nsure the parking brake be under braking state service control handle at neutral gear and engine hand throttle on idling position. : Turn the key switch to starting position, check whether the engine oil pressure and caution light are normal or not. 0 Step down the throttle by %K:, turn the key switch to 5E(6 position and start the starting motor, if the engine has not been started, restart the starting motor till the starting motor stops running.
Note The starting time of motor shall not e !eed 2> se!onds@ !ool the starting for 3 minutes #efore restarting the starting motor. When starting motor is running, $hite or #la!, smo,e !an #e seen from the e haust pipe@ please !he!, the oil supplying !onditions if !annot see smo,e.

@ 7heck whether the display of instruments is normal after starting the engine, let its running speed up to %... rpm till cooling li uid becomes hot. /losing do$n and engine misses: % 4ake sure to park the machine on flat ground before leaving the machine and place the loading bucket on the ground and place the digging bucket on transporting position or on the ground.. /+hen using stopping braking, set the service control handle on 5(eutral gear6 and the manual control throttle on idling speed position and then close down the engine. - =f the engine is running under full load for long time, run the engine idly for more then / minutes, this is of great advantage to cool the parts e ually.

: Set the key switch at 5EFF6 position and close down the engine and then pull out the key.

9djust the seat until you feel most comfortable. 9fter warming up the engine, slow down the engine to idle speed, check the instrument panel and ensure the digging devices to be on transporting position and supporting legs are retracted. Bift the loading bucket from the ground and retract the digging bucket completely.
Note 0lease slo$ do$n the engine speed if $ant to run sta#ly. Warning %verspeed !an !ause the ma!hine to #e out of !ontrol. /annot glide at ramp #y neutral gear and let the engine speed e !eed 36>>rpm. The lo$=speed gear shall #e engaged $hen operating or driving the ma!hine on hill@ other$ise, you or the person around you $ill #e in?ured.

+hen conducting loading operations, the loader shall vertically run to the materials to be loaded at speed of gear , insert the bucket into material pile. Hear, the bucket button shall be on the position parallel with the ground, then increase the engine speed gradually, continue running forwards, meanwhile retracting the bucket and lifting the movable arm. =n case of meeting with excessive resistance, the vehicle wheels may slip, the bucket can be retracted slightly or the movable arm can be lifted slightly to help top up the bucket2 meanwhile, take notice that whether the indication of instruments are in good condition or not. Cetract the bucket after loading, the move the loader to the position where the material will be unloaded2 during the process of moving the loader, keep the lower articulated point of the bucket away from the ground by about :..mm. =f load material onto vehicle, when the loader is closing to truck, the movable arm shall be lifted gradually to certain height, then tip the bucket downward to unload.
