Good night ,Lord Rector, teachers, family members and friends, fellow graduates.

I am very honored and truly is a great distinction being able to speak today in the face to all of you in this ceremony that is so special and that I congratulate each and every one of the graduates but also their teachers, to the authorities of the PU !! University and at the same time with their families because graduation is a team effort. "irst and foremost, I would like to thank, on behalf of my colleagues, the presence of each one of you today at this ceremony. "or me it is a real honor and a great responsibility, take the floor on behalf of all the graduates in this very special night. # night that marks the end of a very important stage in our lives, but that in turn, means the beginning of another stage even more important$ our professional lives. It is logical that, in a day like today, it is mi%ing a series of emotions in us$ many people do not see the time to end the university so that you can show them what we are actually capable& for which we are proud and happy. 'owever, these feelings are accompanied by a strong dose of nostalgia$ and how does not feel it, if we are about to leave the that was (our house( by five or more years.# house in which we had a series of e%periences, good or bad, but that helped to set up all the people we are now.

'ow can we forget all those memories we will invade every time we look at any part of the campus, and that will accompany us the rest of our lives. !emories such as those on the course that we spent with something of fright, of that so remembered celebration when we finished the finals.#lso memories of the good friends that we made in our step here, several of which will continue to do so for much longer. )e have shared many things together, *oys and sorrows, triumphs and defeats, but knowing them has made the good times are better, and that bad times are more tolerable. In these years we have e%perienced a series of changes within ourselves, very similar to those e%perienced by the university. hanges in both the physical and in our own essence. )e have matured a lot as people, making us increasingly responsible and aware of our environment, and the university, in turn, also has been maturing, becoming currently in one of the best universities in the country. #s well, having studied at the PU !! means that we have not only learned specific knowledge of our careers, whether these #dministration, #rchitecture, #ccounting, Law, +ngineering, ,ournalism, or advertising& but in addition, we have learned to live. )e have learned to think logically, to create innovative solutions, work in a team, respect others as they are, to accept criticism by more hard, and to learn from them to achieve our goals.-his

university has prepared for us to become professionals capable to perform successfully in any part of the world. -oday more than ever, globali.ation is not a foreign concept to us, but a reality to which we tap face. It is a challenge, it is true, but we also presents great opportunities. /tudying at the PU !!, in turn, has allowed us to have a solid basis, not only in academics, but also morally. )e have learned to be honest leaders that make decisions based not only on the most desirable option, found by applying models or formulas, but also based on our values and the impact that our actions will have in the lives of others. "or these reasons, I believe that I am not mistaken to say that we have had an education of lu%ury, which we must sei.e. #lthough we went out to compete in a difficult labor market, we have the tools they need to succeed. #s well as it is important to remember and reflect, it is also to thank and congratulate. In the first place, to thank all the people who have accompanied us throughout this time. -o our families, that always supported us. )ith us were the day we entered, and are also present now, sharing with great happiness this time. -hey alone know in reality all the sacrifices that had to be done so that we can be here today. -o our teachers, for your patience and dedication, and because each one, to a greater or lesser e%tent, has left us in lessons that go beyond what is traditionally taught in a classroom setting. "inally, to thank our friends, and those special people for us, who gave us a word of support when we needed it most, and they gave us the strength to continue on more than one occasion. #lso, it is important that we congratulate ourselves for having achieved the goal proposed several years ago$ we finished the University. )e know that it was tricky$ on several occasions, many of us think in reverse, because the road seemed too hard and the goal too difficult to achieve, i do not deny nor count all the tears they were filmed on my cheeks from despair and the all0 nighters. 'owever, we went ahead and we are here today, sharing the satisfaction of having completed the task. ongratulations to you all. -o finish with this speech, I1d like to share with all graduates a phrase of +lbert 'ubbard, #merican writer and philosopher$ (-he greatest mistake you can make is the fear of making a mistake(. 2ever be afraid to try$ at this time in the university we have fallen, but every time we woke up, we were doing being stronger. Let us follow our dreams, chiling ambitious goals, no matter how big that appear. -he targets large and small goals begin all in the same way$ with a first step. /o today, fellow graduates, I would like to invite you to let us together that first big step.
