Meja was assassinated by two individuals on a motorbike in a neighborhood in Choloma, Cortes at about 4:30 pm. The two individuals were waiting outside a sports center that Meja managed and attacked him while he was talking on his cell phone. The police considered the attack a robbery as his car and other personal belongings were stolen. His car was found later by his family abandoned in the San Miguel neighborhood in Choloma.

Reyes Izaguirre was traveling with four members of her family including her husband who was also active in the LIBRE-MRP stream, in the Hato de Enmedio neighborhood in Tegucigalpa, when they were attacked by individuals in a black van. Reyes Izaguirre was shot in the head and died shortly after the attack. Her husband and son were also gravely injured, but survived. Both were teachers. She worked at the Dionisio de Herrera school in Guanacaste in Tegucigalpa and was originally from Siria or Cedros. Varela suffered an armed attack by hooded individuals as he was driving in his vehicle in the community of Las Flores in the municipality of Colomoncagua, Intibuca. He survived without any injuries.

Trejo was shot several times outside a wedding ceremony in Tegucigalpa. As he was conducting the ceremony, he left the church to answer a phone call where he was shot. He was rushed to a hospital where he later died. Trejo was a well-known human rights lawyer, representing one of many campesino movements known as MARCA in the Aguan region that, shortly before he was killed, had won a legal case regarding a land conflict between the campesino movement and large landowners, Rene Morales and Miguel Facusse. Trejo was also involved in a lawsuit declaring the Model City project unconstitutional and was a well-known human rights defender.

Suazo suspects that the break-in had something to do with accusations made by the Minister of Education, Marlon Escoto against leaders of the teachers movement. Following a meeting in Juticalpa, Olancho, Orellana and Marcos Ramiro Lobo, both of the UD Party, had just about reached home when Orellana was shot in the back of the neck. Police suspect that a known individual who was traveling in the back of the vehicle shot Orellana as he reached his home. Flores has been victim of 7 attacks, including raids on his house, and shots fired at him and cars he has been travelling in. The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has granted him protective measures. Espinoza denounced to COFADEH that he is constantly being followed by vehicles without license plates and that he has been shot at by unknown gunmen, as a result of which he fears for his life. On May 14 police entered his yard with the intention of taking his motorcycle and it was only due to his neighbors support that he was able to prevent them carrying out that illegal act. He filed a complaint with the Deputy Police Commissioner Mendoza Matute, who assured him that he would take up the matter. On May 19. at about 6pm he went to a LIBRE party coordination meeting and at about 8pm he left on his motorbike, but a few minutes later the same suspicious vehicle that he had seen circling his house started to follow him closely. Owner of the Gnesis workshop, he was with the journalist Antonio Tony Quintero at the time of the criminal attack in the Morazn neighborhood in Tegucigalpa. He died of gunshot wounds after being taken to the Teaching Hospital. Witnesses said that gunmen on motorcycles overtook the victim identified as Walter Diaz (32) and the survivor, Dilmar Garay, and one of them shot repeatedly at the vehicles side and front windows, with some shots hitting a building in the area. Diaz, a lawyer, died immediately because he was driving the vehicle, while his colleague was injured and taken to a hospital, where doctors who treated him reported that he was out of danger. At the crime scene were found the bullet cases of a 357caliber weapon. Both lawyers were working for Dinant corporation, which operates in the Lower Agun and which has been involved in a land dispute. Salvador Nasralla, PACs presidential candidate, lamented the crime. At 2:10 pm, Lenin Bladimir Dubn Monge (19) was waiting for a bus, when he was surprised by his assailants, who shot him once after robbing him. Dubn Monge was taken by the police and military to the Mario Catarino Rivas Hospital, where he was admitted with hypovolemic shock. He was an outstanding student leader at the Jos Trinidad Reyes High School, where he received his secondary education. Pavn was traveling in her vehicle with her brotherin-law, Omar Armando Rivera Meja at 11:40 am in Potrerillos, Cortes, when they were attacked by various individuals driving a blue sudan waiting in the street as Pavon and Rivera Meja left a travel agency. Rivera Meja who was driving, was killed at the scene of the attack and Pavn was injured by two bullet wounds and rushed to a private clinic. The attacker opened the window of a black Toyota van, model 4runner and with the number plate PCV 7936, aimed as a sniper and fired shots at the group of people. Despite this, there were no reported dead nor wounded. While participating in a demonstration called by the National Popular Resistance Front (FNRP), a stranger shot toward the people who were part of the mobilization, reported Globo TV newscasts.

The document also states that "there is information that in the Rovelo house, a LIBRE leader, there are guns, grenade-launchers and drugs ". On October 9 he had been threatened that grenades would be launched at his home and so he had left it. Castaeda Seizure 2013 Coordinator in Tejadas Talgua, Lempira department. the DNIC, identified as Fernando Murcia, who were wearing masks and were driving in a car from the municipality of Talgua , forced Castaeda 's daughter to open the door of the residence on the grounds that they were autonomous. They searched the house and took a gun legally in possession of Castaeda because he is a merchant and uses it for personal safety. In his house, which contains a grocery store and a pool hall, they also took 50,000.00 lempiras, money which was to be used to purchase coffee. They threatened his 12 year old daughter with being handcuffed and to take away and detain his eldest daughter. When Castaeda complained to Mayor Marcos Perdomo over what happened in his home, he was informed that the perpetrators were from the Analysis Section of Tegucigalpa, sent by order of Tiger Bonilla, Director of the National Police. But they were assigned to the city of Gracias commanded by Inspector Zavala. On October 26, the police arrived at his house to take videos and photos, while his family were out as they were attending a LIBRE rally called by Xiomara Castro. On October 27 he was stopped by four policemen on the highway to Santa Rosa and an agent asked him whether he was the famous Pjara Pinta (a nickname Castaeda was known by many years ago).
