Dear Customers of BTC 24 Ltd., Since Monday, 28 October 2013, 6:00 p.m., a voting has been online, which gives the Bitcoin 24 users the opportunity to vote on the various options for the further course of action. With regard to the voting, it is again clarified that with the payout of a quota, the remaining funds will be paid out when the account can be released in Poland. The payment of 72% is a proportional payment of the relevant funds. Customers who have no access to their account due to problems with the Google authentication can contact us by e-mail, we will forward the requests and a release will take place. Customers whose account still shows an incorrect balance do not need to have any misgivings about being disadvantaged with a proportional payout. In this case, we also request that you point out the error and, if possible, document the non-posted deposits with screenshots or account statements, in order to enable faster processing. As we have no access to the system, we are not able to intervene directly ourselves. We have no decision-making authority and due to the technical complexity, we must always consult with our client regarding many enquiries in order to solve individual problems.

Furthermore, we again state for the record that future payouts whether they are proportional or otherwise, will only take place to persons who extensively identify themselves. This authentication will take place via the account of the respective customer and will already be technically prepared. For this, various documents will be requested from the customer, which can be uploaded via an interface, so that verification takes place in relation to the respective person. Persons who refuse such authentication cannot request a payout. Please also note that the logistical effort for a proportional payout will be enormous. We have already asked our client to prepare appropriate steps so that a smooth-running transfer to the respective persons can take place when the result of the voting is available. However, the payouts will need to take place through our client, as we neither have access to the relevant accounts nor to the databases, as already explained above. With regard to the situation in Poland, we would like to clarify again: We are not dealing legally with the matter in Poland. We are reliant upon the information of our client's law firm that is mandated with the matter in Poland and have no possibility of actively intervening in the legal clarification of the situation. The further course of action in Poland, as previously, is also subject to the assessment of the Polish law firm and its experiences with the Polish legal system. We hope that as many users as possible participate in the voting, so that the result of the vote reflects the opinion of a wide basis of the BTC 24 customers. After the result of the voting is available to us and we have discussed the further course of action with our client, we will publish the results in another statement.
