Here are the terms and conditions for our #wilkostarbaker competition on Twitter. The prize is to win a set of Wilko Baking Stars and will commence from 26.11.2013 - the deadline for entries is 10am on 10.12.13. Were asking our Twitter followers to follow our profile twitter.com/LoveWilko and Tweet us with a photo of a something they have baked. To qualify for entry followers must use the hashtag #wilkostarbaker, follow @LoveWilko and attach the aforementioned photo to be in with a chance of winning one of four Wilko Baking Star sets. After competition closure, Wilko will select four winners determined by the best photo submissions Terms and conditions The Promoter is Wilkinson Hardware Stores Limited (Wilkinson) registered in England and Wales with company number 0365335 and whose registered office is JK House, Roebuck Way, Manton Wood, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 3YY. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms at any time and to communicate the changes to entrants by updating these Terms on this website. The competition is open to mainland UK residents over the age of 18 excluding employees of Wilkinson or any other company linked to the competition in any way. You must be 18 or over on the date of entry to the competition. To enter the competition users should Follow @LoveWilko and submit their photo entry by tweeting it to @LoveWilko, including #wilkostarbaker in their tweet from their own profile. Only one entry per household will be entered in the competition. The prize must be dispatched to a UK postal address. The winners will be chosen by the Wilko team from among the qualifying entries shortly after the closing date and time. The start date of the competition is 26 November 2013 and closes at 10am on 10th December 2013. All entries must be submitted via Twitter before the closing date in order to be entered into the competition. There are no cash alternatives to the prize offered. The Twitter username of the winner may appear on the LoveWilko Facebook page, Twitter feed and on the Wilko.com website and by entering the competition each winner consents to any publicity generated as a result of the competition. All entries are subject to approval by Wilkinson. Wilkinson reserves the right to reject any entries and remove posts without reason or prior notice. Wilkinson will reject entries which are (but not limited to) offensive, abusive, misleading, unethical, discriminating, defaming or pornographic in nature and such posts will not be entered into the competition. Wilkinsons decision is final. The selection of the winners will be carried out in the presence of an independent party appointed by Wilkinson and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winners will be notified via Twitter shortly after the closing date/time. If Wilkinson is unable to contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, the prize will be reallocated to a substitute winner selected at the same time as the main competition. Winners will receive their prize within 30 days of the closing date assuming that there has been no delay in making contact with the winner. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is not open to employees, family members or anyone associated with Wilkinson.
