CHURROS

In Madrid its very traditional to eat churros. There are stands where they
make churros and people buy it to carry at home or to have in the street.
To make churros you need:
To mix one cup of water with the butter and the salt in a pan and you bring to
boil. After put in flour. So later,stir stroger until the dough forms a ball. To

Im studing in the University at now. In this moment, I would like to eat a typical street
food of my city (Madrid): a kind of doughnut that we call churros. In this time of the
year, people usually buy a bug with three or four of them in the street. Its great for
breakfast, but it is so much greasy. I like to eat with coffe, but I have seen people eat
them with milk and even with an orange juice. They are eating more now, in winter,
than another period of the year. Its a cold time and the hots doughnuts feel good to me.
The way to prepare is mixing the flour with a machine and then you have to put to fry.
When they turn golden, then you have to put on a plate and to add cream or sugar to
make it more sweet. Its delicious.
Im looking for something of street food now. Maybe a hot dog would be great. But I
dont mind a satay, a burrito or a hamburger.
Actually, I would like to eat any of these foods. In this moment Im very hungry!
