Will use Google Aps through March($10/yr for 50 students) for written

17. When adding word document, go to adding a new resource and find file, make a
file and add. (look at video on his site for a how-to) To share with students they
must use word, powerpoint, or excel. Word isn’t the best as they have to
download and isn’t standard on all computers. Create documents using document
readers (www.scribd.com) --get accountif you don’t have one.

protect from others. Once document is downloaded, anyone can view with

19. To embed on Moodle page copy and paste embedding html under embed. Go to
your moodle page, click add a resource, name the new link and paste the copied
html from embed page and then save. Link will be available to students from any
computer.

20. To put purchased copyrighted visual pages on net without making it available to
general population make it private. Use government documents as they are free
and safe.

21. doc stock more for book to publish and want to sell—can also be used for maps.

22. Copyright is an issue, so instead of making 30 copies on a DVD instead create a

video and audio file If you create a MP3 file it can be listened to on Moodle.

23. Downloaded info goes onto Helena’s server.

24. Hulu is a site where TV puts streamed shows.
