ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION Article I Name and Organization The name of this company is Eco Space Pvt. Ltd.

is designated a corporate company created under the laws of Companies Act, 1956. Article II Intent and Purpose It is the intent of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. to become a Leading organization in recycling business. Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. consists of four members joined by mutual consent for the common purpose of keeping the environment clean by recycling the industrial waste and reutilizing it for welfare of cities and villages of the state. Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. may engage in any and all other charitable activities permitted to an organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Code or corresponding future provisions of the federal tax law. ARTICLE III Office and Duration 1. The office of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall be located at the address 404, Sanjana Apt., Darshan marg, Mayank Pura, Surat 395007 2. The duration of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall be perpetual. 3. The death, removal, or resignation of any member of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall not result in the dissolution of the company. Article IV Structure and Membership Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. consists of individuals that are dedicated towards sustainable development through recycling of industrial waste and disposal of harmful chemicals. Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. Is an involuntary organization, and the founder members will only be the owners of the company. Article V Association Leadership Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by four members under the Chairmanship of Priyesh Patel or the then chairman. The name and total number of positions will be determined as the group requires, changeable as circumstances necessitate.

ARTICLE VI Accounting and Records The Accounting year of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall be April 1 till March 31 of each year. All minute books, correspondence, and other records of Eco Space Pvt. Ltd. shall be preserved by the designated people. Records that have ceased to be of use for the conduct of the affairs of company may be turned over for preservation to a depository designated by it, or discarded.

ARTICLE VII Dissolution In the event of the dissolution of the company, its property, funds, and other assets shall be proportionately divided amongst all the stake holders after clearing all the liabilities which the company is liable to pay and shall follow all the legal obligations as stated under the Companies Act, 1956.
