Pasalnya, buah ini mayoritas terdiri dari air, yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh tubuh. Dari sisi gizi, melon merupakan jenis buah yang padat gizi tetapi rendah kalori, khususnya melon cantaloupe (dagingnya berwarna jingga). Inilah salah satu resep jus yang menggunakan buah melon. Setelah semua bahan dipotong-potong sesuai kebutuhan, ambil sarinya menggunakan juicer. Tuangkan ke dalam gelas, dan siang dihidangkan.
